Loved the covered back patio but the mosquitos were out in full force! The only strike against it!

Paying 6 JD for a cup of chamomile is absurd—especially when it’s not even an imported premium tea, but a cheap grocery-store brand.

Sunday GoldenHour specials are always fun. My friends and I came in here yesterday to indulge around 3/4:00, and wound up closing it down (they close at 8 on Sundays). A great time!

Lulu’s Winegarden is a charming and inviting spot for a casual night out with friends. The outdoor seating is a huge plus, with heaters and cozy fire pits that make it comfortable year-round, and the overall vibe is warm and welcoming. The wine list offers plenty of great options, and the small plates are fresh and tasty (the hummus and flatbread were a highlight). Service was generally friendly and efficient, though it did get a little slower during the busiest part of the evening. Still, it’s a great place to relax, share good food, and enjoy an easygoing atmosphere. Would definitely return!

The trend with restaurants going to online ordering is somewhat alarming. If I wanted to serve myself, I would stay at home. I had a rather negative experience using the toast app to order my food. Nobody comes and checks on your table to see if your order was correct or right or if you need anything else There is a surcharge placed on your order. I am thinking some of that goes to toast. Just really hate it higher people provide service that’s why people go to a restaurant. Your atmosphere is great. Your cocktails are great and the food was really good. That said I got a takeout order ordered on toast and was entirely screwed upbecause there’s no way to say what you want included excluded and it doesn’t make any sense. I just wish that there was a person I could’ve placed my order with.

Came here with my sister after a day in D.C and the both of us really enjoyed our wine and meal! I got the Hugo spritz (the elderflower was an amazing touch) and we shared the black bean hummus and taquitos which were both very tasty! Also needless to mention the inside and outside are both very cute!

The aesthetic makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another country. It’s very cute and centrally located off U St. The wine is good and plentiful. There are great cocktails too. The food is pretty good too. Would recommend going to the back patio area which again feels like you’ve stepped into another country, like Italy.

Had a birthday dinner here with 10 people and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was gorgeous, the tables were spacious enough to fit everyone, the ordering via QR code was perfect for big groups, and the service was fast and efficient. Their outdoor space was just as cute as their indoor space. Will definitely be back again.

This spot is a huge price gouge for mediocre wines. Given how expensive everything was, I didn’t want to pay for additional food even though I felt hungry. For one bottle of wine and had one extra glass of wine, my friend and I paid $83.82 total. This includes tax, 20% gratuity, and the 4% surcharge. The wines are served in stemless glasses. There is no real service, only ordering via QR Code/phone.

This is a great little spot. Went here on Saturday night for dinner. I really liked the outside area and how you can order everything off of your phone. The drinks and food came out quickly because of this. The frozen aperol spritz is delicious.

Too expensive for what you get, even in very expensive DC neighborhood.
