I stopped in there to get a to go order. Found a roach in my box just under the edge of my pizza. I threw the whole thing away. Will not eat here again

I ordered a surprise bag from Lupos on the 24th and unfortunately they had run out when I went to pick it up. However the manager was incredibly kind and offered for me to come back the next day (Christmas!) and get a freshly made pizza of my choice for free. The margherita was delicious and the customer care was greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back and would love to eat in the restaurant to get the full dining experience (I loved the ambience and decorations)

USE CAUTION AS THEIR POSTED HOURS ARE INCORRECT. I am giving one star because I made a special trip to 14th Street to try Lupo’s for lunch this Friday and despite the hours posted on Google and on their website, I arrived to find the restaurant closed. A man there said “sorry.” I said your posted hours say you're open now. He said sorry our hours are not posted correctly. Very inconsiderate of potential customers! I am not going to bother to try again.

Good pizza. Great salad. Service was okay. Friendly but not super attentive. We would have had a 2nd drink.
We just got pushed through our dinner, despite the clearly hours advertised here and online for their closing at 12am. Seems they actually only serves pizza after 9 (we entered at 9pm/ hoping to have appetizer) and then found out the kitchen fully closes down at 10pm. So we were rushed and treated with attitude until we left. And felt very unwelcome. Just update your hours so people know to not bother you after hours.

Get the cheese balls. I really love all the extra sides of goodies like the chili crisp and garlic spread. Order more bread. Wine? Buy the bottle but start with an aperitivo. It’s the cutest place with all the best food and people.
