Amazing italian pizza joint in Washington DC
I ordered Margherita pizza for takeout and when I picked it up, it was cold. I arrived 10 minutes after it was marked ready for pickup, but this was a pizza that was clearly hours cold. The cheese was hard and the crust stale. It was a disappointing meal. Maybe it’s better in house, but I’m not sure I want to go back.
Amazing pizza, the vegan pizza was surprisingly tasty and delicious!
Solid spot if it’s not too busy. It can get packed at night and it’s small enough that it’s tough to find a spot. Otherwise it’s a very cute pizza focused spin off of the restaurant next door, Lupo Verde. The spritzes are always excellent. The staff is fun. Would recommend the arancini, the carbonara pizza and the mushroom pizza. All of which are divine.
Great spot for a casual dinner on 14th Street! Pizza and sandwiches are both delicious, and the restaurant is very cozy. A standby!
The waitress Amanda is so rude! She made us uncomfortable and unwelcome. Pizza isn’t bad, but she was so rude we didn’t enjoy it.
Vegan menu no longer seems to be available. There is only one vegan option now.
The restaurant no longer has vegan options on the menu u and the server told us they no longer have vegan cheese. This is disappointing because we enjoyed it during a previous visit when they had vegan options. I’m sure the pizza is still good but you would have to ask them to remove toppings. There are better places for vegan options nearby.
This is our favorite Pizza spot in DC! Fresh & authentic! Fun too! Excellent ingredients make this pizza perfect!

Great ambiance for a random lunch day and the service is professional while being friendly. Ordered the polpette pizza and while it was tasty, the sausage was lackluster. Next time I’ll try something new or ask to sub the sausage for a different option. For dessert was their zepolle ripiena and it was delicious. Definitely a place to visit next time you’re in DC!

Excellent pizza. Restaurant seems to be entirely staffed by Italians from Italy which creates an authentic experience. Unfortunately, they seem to be a bit disorganized and our server was forced to do a million things at once which lengthened our time spent in the restaurant.

I loved this place. There is a bartender who speaks English and Spanish that is better for everything in DC. The pizza that Diabola recommended to me was great, thank you.
