Felt like I was asking a lot from the woman when I ordered. Not friendly. She seemed put out by me ordering two off-the-menu boba teas with zero customizations. Perhaps she’s in the wrong line of work? And no, I will not tip 20, 22 or 25% thankyouverymuch.

I visited twice over two days. One day an employee ( Isuppose that is either a husband or a brother of the lady, most likely they are both owners I suppose , working hard!) made a mistake in my drink, but that was totally fine. Overall the drinks were tasty. I wish they were a little bit on a sweeter side but again overall I liked the experience and most importantly, the place is right across the street from an AMAZING playground . That’s why we visited twice :)

The place seemed clean, but I felt pretty nauseous afterwards and started vomiting within a couple hours. I didn’t eat or drink anything else out of the ordinary for me that day, so I know it was the tea. I ordered the rose milk bubble tea, which not only ended up making me sick, but was also lukewarm and overpriced. Would avoid this place.

I came here for the first time today out of curiosity and wasn’t pleased. I got a Mango slushy for my daughter and the strawberry yogurt. The strawberry yogurt was… interesting. But the Mango one was gross. No one in my household would drink it, especially the child I bought it for. Also, the lady who rang me up was rude. I understand there could have been a language barrier, so I’m absolutely accounting for that. It was more that she seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to take my order or answer my questions. I’ll stick to Taichi Bubble Tea in Georgetown from now on.

The employee I ordered tea from was very rude when I asked specific question about the ice tea I’m buying. He made me a nasty taro bubble tea with lots of bulbs in it, I politely asked if I can get another tea since it’s not I’m familiar enough to it. He told me he can’t refund my money, give me a new tea or can’t call the manager. He pretended he doesn’t speak English too. I will never comeback or ask friends to meet me there. Very strange, rude and disrespectful!
The earl grey bubble tea was good. The store ambience appeared to be nice and clean but unfortunately there was a really stinky smell inside (not sure if this is from somewhere else in the building). I’d recommend taking your drink to go because of this reason.

the employee who took my order was rude and then she messed up my order. asked for no ice and light sugar, and she did the opposite and gave me attitude when i politely asked her to remove the ice. my friend who was there too was also dissatisfied with her milk tea that just tasted like a cup of milk. what a waste of money

This is my go-to after-school study place with friends!! While it can be a bit pricy and some drinks are hit or miss, they also have a lot of delicious drinks that don't disappoint. Their drinks are also not too sweet which is good for me, but maybe not good for others lol.My personal favs are: classic uji matcha, red bean milk tea, fresh lemon four season oolong tea, and the black grape tea slush! (Their cheese foam is really good too).I definitely recommend visiting here at least once if you are in the area and need something refreshing ^^

I saw alot of people hating on this place but I usually get a straberry yogurt tea which alwasys tastes great. Dont forget its a familly buisness and the people who work there/own the place don't speak much english so its not their fault their service isn't great plus they have to provide for their 7 year old daughter so dont write negative reviews because your making it harder for a family to provide for themselvs.

I would advise against visiting this particular store!!!! They prepared the wrong beverage and refused to remake it. The staff exhibited frustration through her actions and noise level, which is super rude. After requesting to speak with a manager, she begrudgingly agreed to prepare a new drink. However, the remake was unsatisfactory, consisting almost all ice with scarcely any mango. Can you imagine this thing costs $9.75? It's super gross!!!! I'd rather throw it into trash bin!!!!As a long-time patron of Moge Tea, I must say this experience was disheartening and not at all reflective of the quality I've come to expect.
