There is absolutely nothing wrong with the customer service here. People seem to be expecting some magical experience in a tea shop and the people working there are nothing short of great. The mango yogurt tea is by far the best tea I’ve ever had. Does not deserve the reviews by any means..

I visited twice over two days. One day an employee ( Isuppose that is either a husband or a brother of the lady, most likely they are both owners I suppose , working hard!) made a mistake in my drink, but that was totally fine. Overall the drinks were tasty. I wish they were a little bit on a sweeter side but again overall I liked the experience and most importantly, the place is right across the street from an AMAZING playground . That’s why we visited twice :)

The earl grey bubble tea was good. The store ambience appeared to be nice and clean but unfortunately there was a really stinky smell inside (not sure if this is from somewhere else in the building). I’d recommend taking your drink to go because of this reason.
