We had a wonderful dining experience at Metier. While the food was delicious, what really sealed the deal for us were the services provided by the staff. Every single one of them was incredible. The atmosphere was also wonderful. We loved the lounges. The music choices could be a little bit better as they felt a bit sleep-inducing at times. But the food itself especially the dessert was wonderful.
Tonight was my second time dining at Metier. The first time was two years ago, and ever since that experience I have been wanting to return. The food is exceptional, of course. But the service and ambiance take it to the next level. The front of house staff are all excellent. The somm is approachable and recommended several wines to us that we loved. We felt welcome and cared for the entire time, which is extremely rare when dining out.

We went to Métier to celebrate a loved one's birthday. We were treated with warmth, respect, and courtesy. There were polaroid photos taken of us by the mantle, and then incorporated into a personalized booklet presented to us at the end of the meal.
The celebrated one was very touched by this gesture and I was quite impressed.
