Very fast service, attentive staff, delicious food and clean restaurant. I got the chicken with garlic sauce lunch special with the wonton soup and was very worth the money.

I ordered wonton soup, pork dumplings, shrimp egg roll, and chicken drunken noodles for appetizers — they were pretty decent.
Then for the main course, I got Chicken with String Beans and Pork with Garlic Sauce. The chicken dish had very little chicken, and the pork dish was a total disappointment. The menu says “shredded pork with water chestnuts, tree ears & red peppers in garlic sauce,” but what I received was basically a container full of onions with maybe five thin slices of pork.
I’ve even posted a picture — can anyone find the pork? Because I sure couldn’t. I paid $17.99 for onions! I don’t mind paying for good food, but this pork dish felt like a scam. Did the chef forget to add the pork, or was it supposed to come like that? Either way, very disappointing.

I was looking for a place to eat on independence weekend and they were open. I ordered combination fried rice, green onion pancake and spring rolls. Food had a little too much oil for my taste. I had green onion pancakes before in a restaurant in Los Angeles and they were awesome so I had high expectations. These ones weren't good. The rice was okay but again a bit too much oil for me. The service was good. They were on it, checking on the water and making sure we had everything we needed. It wasn't the greatest food but at least I was able to eat something before heading for the fireworks. The have a lunch menu and some deals during the week.

Great old school Cantonese restaurant tucked away in a residential complex.
Food is reasonably priced and is made fresh to order.

We went to Washington, D.C., for the first time and enjoyed this beautiful city. We went to eat at some places, but one of our favorites is this place. A family restaurant with humble and kind attention. The food is so good. We went twice. If we visit this city again, we will come back to this nice place.

Have you ever walked in to a restaurant and thought wow this just must be a front for something. Food was eh, veggies weren't cooked and tasted like it had just barely been heated up. But the issue was the people there. We were watched the entire time by one of the people working there and the person who took our order was acting like he was confused why we were even there. Could not suggest this place.
