The server was very helpful and explained the dishes to me. He made sure I did not get something that was too hot for my palate. They also surprised my daughter with dessert because I let them know that she was learning Korean and we were in town to see a K-pop concert. We were surprised and very happy with the special treatment
I wanted my Korean girlfriend to take me to some place with good Korean food in DC. She was hesitant about this place, but finally decided to give it a try. We were both extremely happy and the food was amazing. She loved how authentic it was and it was a proper way for me to enjoy Korean food in DC.
During my trip to Washington DC, I visited a Korean restaurant near my hotel. I was surprised by two things. I was surprised that there were no Korean staff in the hall serving staff or even in the kitchen, and I was surprised again by the price, which was higher than I expected. Since I was going back to LA in just one day, rather than ordering expensive food, I ordered dumplings and steamed chicken since the name of this restaurant is Mandu.
