I ordered food from this food truck on Nov 18 at Virginia Union Univ. While the time from purchase to pick up took more time than I liked (approx 25 min), they made up for it in delicious food and customer service! They gave me a free banana pudding and drink.I tasted the salmon ball. It was a little salty for my taste. So I ordered the fried fish, cabbage and Mac and cheese.The fish was crispy like I like, Cabbage light with flavor and the Mac was cheesy! Cornbread was buttery...
Miss Margaret's catering cooked our Christmas meal and it was delicious! J*** Chicken, white rice, cabbage, yam casserole, green beans, and banana pudding! Thank you for a great meal! Very prompt, and professional!! Thank you for a great meal!
I ate Margret’s food on Christmas. I had j*** chicken ,rice cornbread, carrots , potatoes, yam casserole, cabbage and green beans . All the food tasted fresh and was very well seasoned. Our food was given to me and my mom on time . If you are looking for good soul food she is good to try !
