Food is decent for frozen meat, portions are way too small for exorbitant prices. Any other place in this complex has much better food quality and quantity for half the price.

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls located in the Western Market food hall right by George Washington University (GW) off of 21st & Pennsylvania Ave. in DC seemed like a quick and easy spot to enjoy a classic Connecticut lobster roll with warm butter and some New England Clam Chowder w/ oyster cracker and I was right. It hit the spot! An easy, affordable yet slightly decadent meal, which I was able to enjoy right at Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls counter and people watch. Western Market is a lively food hall especially on a Friday night. It’s a
great place if you’re in the mood for just about any cuisine.

Placed order from their website, they didn’t send the correct food. Called in, they were very rude and offered no solution or refund. Refused to give name or let me speak to the manager

Cocktail roll $20 / Potato salad $2.5 / Tip 12%
The $27.5 cocktail roll was delicious, but the lobster shell came out inside, making it difficult to chew.
The potato salad was just so-so. Good to try.

Fries were good I got the Connecticut roll and it was trasssshhhh. I saw from the front in the back the lobster meat thawing out in plastic packages and it definitely tasted like it. 🤮 For $28.05 no thank you.

The person at the cashier was clueless about the details of their menu. I asked for recommendations and he just started at me. The lobster roll was OK, nothing extraordinary. $20 feels excessive for a tiny sandwich.

The fries and the lobster salad was pretty good, with the craisins in it. The man who I ordered from was nice enough to offer ranch dressing on the side after I told him that I do not like mayo. Even though I usually do not like mayo, I tried my mom's lobster roll and I completely regret not ordering it. The Connecticut Roll is pretty good, and the mayo isn't super bad. Hard-working, kind employees here. I hope to get over my fear of mayo, and try this place.Only thing I wish is that they bring the fish and chips back.

Great hot food every time. I always order The Bar Harbor and clam chowder. Both are always 10/10! Small place with limited seating but there’s always an available table. I visit every time I am in the area.
