The fries and the lobster salad was pretty good, with the craisins in it. The man who I ordered from was nice enough to offer ranch dressing on the side after I told him that I do not like mayo. Even though I usually do not like mayo, I tried my mom's lobster roll and I completely regret not ordering it. The Connecticut Roll is pretty good, and the mayo isn't super bad. Hard-working, kind employees here. I hope to get over my fear of mayo, and try this place.Only thing I wish is that they bring the fish and chips back.

Great hot food every time. I always order The Bar Harbor and clam chowder. Both are always 10/10! Small place with limited seating but there’s always an available table. I visit every time I am in the area.

So I’ve had a bad experience with lobster, but on my trip to DC, I decided to try the Mason Famous Lobster Roll’s Classic Lobster Roll……..DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! The service was great, the food great, and they made it quick! I will definitely be trying it again!

Order was wrong. I ordered on Uber Eats. Lobster rolls were soggy and had wrong seasoning. I brought the food back to the Georgetown location and they refused to help because it came from a different location. Neither the Pennsylvania Ave location nor the Georgetown location would exchange the food.

Good food and bad service, you need to serve yourself but yet ask for tip. Lobster rolls are amazing and bisque +chowder were okay

I wanted lobster for a rainy Sunday. We debated what to do. Found Masons and will definitely do this again!!! Ordered the extra lobster on the classic. So nice. Transports you back to New England. You cannot get this in Naples!! I said it was a special occasion and they threw in a Whoopie pie. I loved this!!

The classic lobster roll with lemon, butter, and mayo on warm toast was to DIE for! They stuffed it full of lobster and no fillers. So. Tasty. Highly recommend this place! Only complaint is that I kept wanting more.
We were walking back from the White House area to our hotel and found this food court. This Mason’s is located in a food court with many good options with a pretty wide variety of food types. The cashier was great. I let him know I had not eaten at one of these before and he offered a few suggestions, which was nice.I have never had a lobster roll before and was pretty excited to try one. I had the Connecticut Roll which is served warm (you can get it chilled as well). I must say for the money…it was just ok. Pretty small portion size for how much it cost.. The lobster bisque was really good. I’m glad I tried it to say I did, but I doubt I would get another mainly due to the price. It was $32 for a lobster roll, lobster bisque, and a bottled water. Pretty pricey for a fast food setting. You can find a much nicer meal for that kind of money. Again, nothing wrong with it, but I just didn’t feel like I had eaten a $32 meal when I got done. My wife felt the same.
