This has to be one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great vibes, music, and an amazing staff. Will return soon!

It was my best friend's birthday and my friends and I (group of 4) came in (with a reservation), there was no one at the front desk to greet us and seat us. I had to find someone to seat us. When our entrees arrived, no one was given steak knives (we ordered steak and lamb chops). The drinks were not made with experience. I had asked to see if we can go upstairs to take pictures only and no one came back to confirm if we could. And apparently, they brought out a table lamp that was placed on the table while we were eating (awkward). Overall, our food was average and the service could've been better prepared. We wish it was a better experience considering it was a birthday celebration.

My friends birthday dinner was yesterday and the party could not be seated because 1 person was late. Notice was not given until the window was up. Lady at the front was not helpful or understood how to help, because they could have ate at the bar. Terrible! Not saying I couldn’t have been on time but how does 1 person stop an entire party from eating.

Besides the disappointing Ramen, everything else was fantastic! Good appetizers, the restaurant was beautifully decorated for the Cherry Blossom Festival, and the drinks were fantastic!

It's not like the rest of NYC. Little variety. It is more of a bar with food service.Dietary restrictions: No tac

Came here for my birthday dinner on a Saturday night with high expectations & had a disappointing experience. The reservation was at 8:15 & the majority of my party had arrived by 8:30, (5/7) yet they still didn't want to seat us until everyone arrived. Luckily someone in my party was pregnant so they obliged to get our table ready around 915pm. Upon arriving to the table, cups & place settings were missing so I'm not really sure what they were "getting ready". The service was subpar & they forget things our party ordered & wait times were long, including bringing my pregnant guest an actual alcoholic drink versus the mocktail she had ordered! They also had very weird rules like we had to order the appetizers & our entrées at the same time, and we could not use our phone ring light to take pictures for whatever reason. The drinks were good but the food was just ok & even some of guests said theirs was cold. The aesthetic was very cute, especially with the seasonal cherry blossom pop-up otherwise it was just OK.

Calamari was bland but the aioli that came for it was amazing. The patatas and haloumi were really good but wish it had more haloumi. Empanadas were amazing. Music is fairly loud and electronic, great if you are into that. Ideal to pre-drink before a fun night out. Not ideal for a quiet afterwork drink. Great value for money and interesting delicious cocktails.

Made reservations in advance for a party of 7. Was told of a 15 minute grace period once party started to arrive at the restaurant about 3 minutes after the reservation time of 6:30 pm, due to an accident in the area and parking. The entire party met the time limit; however, we were made to wait an additional 20+ minutes while the restaurant found us seats. Despite being told reservations were seated upstairs, we were seated at a “cozy” table downstairs. Upon being seated, we noticed that eating utensils were dirty and the table lights were dead. However, Mario, our server was amazing. The food was subpar and downstairs vibes weren't giving, but we did appreciate the birthday drink and lamb chops presentations.

Definitely understand this is a club type restaurant but the music was too loud. It's cute but just note that when you trying to have a conversation. The calamari was amazing. Nice crunchy and the sauce was good. The mocktail amazing i appreciated the waitress looking out. The shrimp scampi was good noddles could have been cooked a lil longer and it would have been nice if they took the time to take the tail off. The desert sampler was nothing to write home about either would give the food overall 6/10 only thing making it at least that is the calamari. I personally wouldn't return but it was a nice experience

I came here on a saturday night and the ambiance and decor are very pretty. There is a DJ as well which makes for a fun night out. The service was good and I had an overall good experience. I enjoyed the drinks, there was a lemon drop special, I had a strawberry one and it was delicious! My friends got the mayflower spritz and it wasn't bad but wasn't something they wanted to reorder. Food wise, like most DC places that have a nice aesthetic, didn't necessarily hit the mark for me personally. The biggest downfall was that me and one of my friends both got shrimp scampi and the portion was small and the noodles were HARD. However, we had crab cake appetizers which were really good and another friend has the steak frites and liked it as well. This place also turns into a nightclub at night and it's really centrally located in Dupont. I think I would return for drinks/apps before hitting the bars/clubs nearby!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The waiters were rude, reaching over my meal and repeatedly asking if I was done with my meal. My filet mignon tip pasta arrived cold and hard, and the first alcoholic beverage was served only after we finished eating. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant dining experience.

I enjoyed my Valentine's Day dinner at Mayflower. The ambience was nice, music was playing, and the staff was very friendly. The food was superb! I'll definitely be visiting again.

Dennis, the waiter, was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was nice & the food was delicious. The manager gave us a tour of the 3 floors which were all stunning! I can't wait to go back.

Never go on Valentine's Day. It was packed and didn't even get seated at all. Waited over an hour and we got there on time. There was a whole line reaching way past the door for people waiting to be seated. 0/10 but will go on a day where it's less busy like a random weekday night. Plus they only had a secluded valentines menu that didn't have much options so it isn't really getting your moneys worth since you're so restricted to certain foods.
