One of my favorite bars in DC! They have a small but fun menu of unique, seasonal, and perfectly crafted cocktails. Their charcuterie board is well curated too. Looking forward to my next visit with friends!

Best happy hour in DC! Make sure you get the punch at that time - it changes every day. The cocktails are amazing, and they aren't kidding - they have the best bartenders in DC. Went with a group of work colleagues after a conference, and they set the music to our tastes as we chatted. On the second round, our cocktails came in awesome tiki glasses.

McClellan’s is always a good time! The staff are super welcoming and knowledgeable. Not sure what you want? The bar team has awesome recommendations and has yet to steer me wrong. The vibe inside is immaculate. Great tunes were playing all last night and everyone inside seemed to be having a fun time.
It’s definitely a neighborhood fave, and for good reason. Cannot recommend them enough!

They claim an extensive list of spirits, a banging Playlist, and good vibes. NO LIES DETECTED! If you like sippin on sum and sets that feature Steely Dan, Montell Jordan, The Doobie Brothers, Prince, and Jay-z then this finna be yo new spot. Props for the themed cocktails in pop culture referencing drinkware. Also, the $4 truffle salt popcorn, yea... you should do that.

Staff at the bar are responsive when you get their attention, and do more than asked for. They're busy with conferences and hotel guests. An easy 4.5 star for service if it were a choice. Food was on par although for one piece of fish for their $30 fish and chips entree, is a bit excessive. I'd prefer to pay $40 for two pieces and wouldn't blink an eye. I ordered a second piece without the chips, which they easily obliged. The slaw that accompanied the plate was great, too. See pic for the portion sizes. I further am uploading the menu since what was available is more than seven years old (it describes two pieces of fish for the same plate at $16).

My wife and I were in town for the week and stopped by McClellan’s multiple times. Awesome atmosphere and even better drinks. Chris, behind the bar was attentive and a genuine great guy. Would highly recommend!

One of the best and most consistent bars in all of dc. Can handle anything you throw at them and still behave epic themed menus on the reg. If you're in DuPont you should not miss this bar.

Excellent bartender with great service.
The platonic ideal of a bar. Amazing drinks, talented bartenders, but still a cozy - but very nice - dive bar.
I'd be here all the time if I lived in DC.

Absolute gem of a bar. Small, but it never felt crowded. Cocktails were great, and the bartenders were awesome. Shout out to Chris and Cat for a great experience.
