If you’re looking for a convenient spot for a great nightcap before heading up to your room this is not your spot. I’ve had better cocktails at college bars pouring well drinks than this place served.

Food was good but was very understaffed. My complain & reason for 2 star review is because I paid with credit card and left 20% tip IN CASH, I even wrote CASH on tip line. Then after finally charges came through on my credit card I noticed the also charged the 20% tip to my card! So they put tip on my card without my permission AND I LEFT THE 20% TIP IN CASH!!! So basically I tipped twice! Bill was $50 and I left $11 cash tip, then they charged my card $60 instead of $50 I signed for… this is exactly why I also make sure to hand payment directly to server but they were so busy we just wanted to leave and I figured it was fine, he’d get the cash. Just wrong to charge a tip to card when I left it in cash.

Had dinner with a good friend that was staying at the hotel. It was a Friday night and it was really busy. It took a while for our server to come by and get our drink and food order. I got a beer (one that our waiter recommended) and the Classic Double Smash Burger. Both the beer and burger were good. Would I go out of my way to go here ever again…probably not. Overall just ok.

Tasty nachos with chicken. Our server was nice. Relatively quiet. Enjoyable.

Ordered the calamari to share. Great portion and plenty for two people. Drinks were good. We sat at the bar. Great atmosphere.

Sat down for a late dinner and was told to sit anywhere. I had to look for a waiter to get service, once i got their attention one of them said why are you here in this section… i walked out and left ill take my money elsewhere.

I am here for a conference. I had just gone on a 2.5 hour walk to /exploration of memorial park & was absolutely exhausted and wanted something in the hotel that I could take up to my room. I walked in, there were no tables in sight. Super busy. I ran into one waiter, Francis/Francisco, he personally brought me to the point of sale to put in my to-go order and told me to come back and ask for him. They had it ready in 30 minutes (a quick waiting time for how busy it was), and it was amazing. Francis was so sweet. I can’t thank him enough!!

Hi I’m at a conference and sat down with three colleagues.. One arrived earlier and was receiving food. One woman and male server were over the top disrespectful.. the Guy states in a loud patronising voice.. someone will serve you, and the woman refused to take our order completely.. When another server came I decided no, I can’t eat here. I might add that we are two African American professionals but not sure that was the reason for the hostility. The manager was great and listened, but his staff..they’re pitiful .. I don’t usually complain and I know that servers jobs are difficult.. That’s why I tip well… but I won’t go there again… if you can.. Skip it..There’s no place for this kind of clownery… 0 stars for all categories…

We sat down in the restaurant for 30 minutes. We watched the waiter greet and serve everyone who came in after us and and he never greeted us, offered us a menu or even a sip of water. Zero acknowledgement. After complaining to the bar, they too were rude so we left.
