It's always clean. The service is excellent. And the sandwiches are hot and tasty. I'm a frequent customer. And I'll continue to be.Parking: I often walk 3/4 of a mile for exercise but also to avoid the mid-day shortage of parking in the area of 17th and Q Street NW.

Obnoxious! The staff seem generally disinterested in the customers (the manager, however, was very nice), but when my order was ready I asked for two hot mustard sauces since that is what I like to dip my fries in. The woman behind the counter said "No, you can have one." I said "OK, give me some ketchup then too." She handed me four ketchups that I will leave on the table! How does that make any sense? Customer service stinks here.
