All typical for McDonald’s. Employees very nice; food typical. Only complaint is that customers are forced to use the kiosk to order and pay. This is bad on many levels- bad service, burdens customer, eliminates jobs, etc, etc. get rid of the kiosks and hire more employees!!!

Every time I order from my location via DoorDash my food is always cold there’s items put on my hamburger they don’t belong there because I’m allergic to and they constantly make mistakes I called the story they spoke to the manager he told me to hold on he hung up on me then I called back and he disconnected the call so I would suggest to anyone don’t ever stop here because our customer service is below zero

You don't have to go far if you want to have fun, dance, drink creativite cocktails and eat some super delicious and original food. 😋 awesome music and dance if you feel like partying a bit on Saturdays, or even if yiubgo to the restaurant side it's also fun and delicious. Bday coming up? Don't go anywhere else to blow your candle! You will love anything you ordered and the desserts are Ahmazing!!!!

I was shocked the food wasn't as good as other McDonald's. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I couldn't even finish my McDouble. Hubs didn't like his McDonald's Chicken deluxe either. We went at 1am, lines were long service was slow but they were super polite. It's my 1st time experiencing this. But I won't be going back to that location. It's near Howard University. I'm still shocked.

One of the worst and slowest McDonald’s I ever went to caught the Hispanic ladies using their bare hand to pick up food they are not sanitary they gossip and giggle alot in the back that’s why food take so long don’t recommend this place needs to be shut down

The place looks great due to the renovations, but their service sucks. For in person and DoorDash, On two different occasions, my Dasher was waiting for my food and they had to leave. McDonald’s made it seem like someone picked up my food how careless can you be? They took so long this doesn’t make any sense
Nah they lost my online order bro and I had to reorder in person. Waited for 45 minutes for a small order and it never came after they “claimed” they were working on it. Ts pmo 💔💔

I knew from the time your McFlurry machine worked that I was going to be in for a ride. Then Unc came in, JBL speaker blasting Elton John, talking trash over a chess game. The balloons…were they for a birthday? Just for the love of the McCrispy? Who knows. Speaking of the McCrispy, good sauce ratio. Parking so plentiful that someone popped trunk and topped off their oil on the lot. Either way, this experience has been enlightening and transcendent. I will be coming back.
