Ima be real I have to admit they need more people here but they’re in the middle of Georgia ave, Howard, dozo endless schools around, bars etc for what they have to deal with this McDonald’s for me does have pretty good customer service skills they can work on getting orders right like others have said can’t complain I salute these guys because most people can’t work in the environment they’re in and they’re open late and I’m pretty sure one of the few McDonald’s that open late with a drive through in uptown

Not sure what the hate is about. We were here for a concert nearby and and grabbed some food. Fast service, employees were courteous, food was alright. But nobody expects good food from mcdonald's anyway.

Just left McDonald's after work at 705am. Did not get my hash brown with my meal. Always a disappointment when you pay and don't get what you paid for. I tried calling back, seems like the phone is off the hook. I was order 1206 in the drive thru.

In town to see my daughter stopped by this McDonald’s, ordered a happy meal and large fries. I waited 20 minutes only to watch people who came after me get their food first. My order was wrong. This is unacceptable the way they treat the college students as well.

Service is incredibly slow. This is a popular location with howard students and drive thru so there should be a system in place to handle the demand. I would skip this location. One star is for the new renovation but doesn't help the disorderly atmosphere.

So this is every time I go. They are just so rude in there. And don’t have to use the bathroom. They are not going to let you. Talking about it’s not work. But they just redid that McDonald’s. And have it blocked by a trash can
The overnight team is just rude. Pulled up to the drive thru and the employee just repeated “how can I help you” over and over despite me telling her exactly how she can help me. If you don’t want to work or your boyfriend left you, just don’t come to work. Nobody should have to deal with misdirected anger over something that has nothing to do with them. I’m sure the employee will keep her job though so visit this location overnight at your own risk.

Don’t eat here this franchise lets folks shoot up right outside of the door of the building. Customers are harassed by both the workers and the people whom hang around the building or near it. Worst experience in my entire life.

If I could give this hell hole zero stars I would. They inexplicably close the restrooms and it doesn't matter if you were a paying customer, you will not be allowed to use them. You will also be treated extremely poorly by the staff for asking why the bathroom is closed off, IF they acknowledge your existence at all.

I don't like the fact they took the double cheese off the Big Mac and only give you one piece now. You used to get two pieces of cheese on your sausage egg and cheese McMuffin now is one and the bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit or any type of bread you only get one strip of bacon broken in half it should at least be too strips. You'll see how the prices went up and they give you less. Just look at how McDonald's is ripping us off.
