Well the worst McDonald's I've been to. It's like they don't care about their level of service because they're right next to a college and feel they don't have to impress anyone because they're going to make money regardless. Constantly getting my food cold after a long wait when it's not busy. In the city full of fast food restaurants, how can you accept being mediocre at best? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Just recently my family and I came to this McDonald's the Saturday of St Patrick's Day and we were short some money. The active police officer on duty gave US like$9-$10; an Ethiopian man (customer) gave US $5 AND The cashier allowed me to use her discounts on the app so I could get a full meal for my 3 sons and myself.Meanwhile Addicts of all ages and college students ran in and outside this location.Many ppl see McDonald's and assume the Worse Customer Service; But at the places You least expect it- I have received service Beyond my Recognition! Instantaneously All in attendance Became a village for me and My babies. And I will NEVER FORGET the generosity and Kindness me and My family received there.

Food and service is good, bathroom needs a lot of work, it's always filthy and it's annoying to have to always get management to constantly come open bathroom doors, even though they don't mind. This place is AWFUL. It's always congested. The traffic both vehicular and people is almost always overwhelming. The staggering loitering that seems to continue with no real attempt to seize will ruin your appetite. The employees are horrible in customer service and don't think to try and contact a manager. The service is horrible.

Bought 80 nuggets on Uber eat and ended up with only 40 nuggets in a paper bag, the receipt clearly states 2 servings of 40pc nuggets. This isn't the first time this has happened with two takeaway orders. This store just does this on purpose, and it's hard not to suspect that the clerk deliberately took advantage of the fact that the takeaway wasn't in the store for inspection and cut corners by missing half the chicken nuggets in one go, which is horrible!

Terrible service, the lady who served me, Hispanic, white skin, thin, all arrogant, has no kindness at all to serve, all bitter, why do they have people like that working if it weren't for the customers who come to buy, they wouldn't have a job, I come here often and every time I come, the things are terrible. that they serve will be that this is how they are with all clients

Staff is always so slow. Today I saw the drive through had no one in it, and jumped in line as a truck pulled in ahead of me. Then we waited for 10 minutes. I figured he'd ordered for his whole crew or something. Finally his two shakes came out. That was all he'd ordered. By this point a long line has formed behind me and some folks are honking. I pull up and the girl hands me a bag of food and asks me what I want to drink. I move the fries and say "I didn't order fries... or any of this". She asks what I ordered, I hand her the receipt, she snarls and closes the window. She re-emerges a few minutes later and hands me my food without a word and slams the window. I was polite throughout the interaction, but it was terrible service that got progressively worse.
