the most bizarre mcdonalds i have ever been to. it is located in a basement. it is not handicapped accessible, you need to go down a whole flight of stairs.
the bathrooms are barely visible and require some kind of token to use. the wifi doesn't work. it was also extremely busy but the service was quick. no water, the kiosk i used didn't print my receipt, and, the sauce costs money...
but the environment is surprisingly cozy, not like any other mc donalds i have ever seen.

Our favorite McDonald's to stop at in the morning. Right outside the metro station for the zoo. If you need to use the restroom. You do need a quarter to gain access. The service here is usually very friendly and quick.
The staff I interacted with were both wonderful and positive. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept. My only complaint was that I was solicited by people wanting food/money. (I did buy them food.)

This must not be a very busy location because the relaxed standard of service was reflected in the relaxed quality of service and food. The burgers and fries were not hot or fresh. I almost completed an order on the app in the store before an employee even asked if I was ready. I held up my phone, and before I even got a word out, she turned around and went back to her conversation. At 2:30 pm, after the lunch rush, waiting 5 minutes for hot fresh food is acceptable. Seeing my order go in unnoticed for about half a minute, followed by about another 2 minutes before the food outprioritized the conversation, 30 more seconds to bag a medium-cold McDouble, dark and soggy fries that were overcooked or precooked, and the remainder of time giving me a look of disgust is not.
