I am a local business owner in tbe same neighborhood. I go in there maybe 5x a week. After the remodel it's more susceptible for confrontation between employee and pissed off ppl. Now there is no space dividing "boh and foh". And mostly woman work there. At least every other week there is a bad confrontation where ppl are just rude and angry gettin in employee spaces behind the register line and getting in employee faces. There need to be a division to keep your emoyees safe. I've even called tbe police 2x. Just not safe.!!!!!! Keep your employees safe!

I accidentally ordered spicy nuggets and they would not exchange them. So I couldn’t eat my meal, just had fries and soda. Not going there again.

You have to pay for something to use the bathroom. And then you get a coin to use the bathroom. The customer service was horrible based on race. Each staff member was Hispanic and I was treated horribly because I wasn't. Another customer that was Hispanic came in and they treated him great. All smiles for him but all frowns for me. Never again. I guess, I shouldn't expect more, it is McDonald's lol

Tucked away in a basement, quite the odd sight, yet it boasts the block's top service, shining bright. Sadly, it's true, within these lowly bounds, the golden arches' hospitality astounds. Still a McDonald's, with its fast-food flair, but in customer care, none can compare. An underground gem, where service does not mock, amidst the concrete jungle, it's a solid rock. A paradox of setting, service so kind, in a place you'd not expect such finds to find.

The place is kept clean and the staff is friendly. The food is prepared and served to the customers in a timely manner.Kid-friendliness: Staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond.
Whoever said this place was 3 stars or more lied. If you enjoy stairs, rude employees, and machines that don't work, you'll find yourself at home here. My biggest issue is the fact that your kiosk offers something the front desk can't ring up. I can't fathom how they stay in business here. Plus half the items freeze the kiosk whne you try to order and customize. So don't waste your time at this one. Just make the trip down the road to the next one.
