Completely messed my order up (how do you give fish fillet Mixed up with 10 piece nugs?). Fries were greasy and disgusting. Handed me a sprite told her I order a coke. Instead of giving me new cup, she dumped out the sprite and filled container with coke.

We drove through at 8pm. Asked for 4 plain burgers and 2 fries. (Literally 6 items. ) Was told "next time you need to park and come inside if you want to order this much food." I replied 'sorry, didn't know that" and she replied "that goes for any drive-through. pull around." Angerly snatched my card and shoved the food at me, no other words spoken.

Not the best McDs, the inside space is basically a few random tables and chairs largely occupied by delivery drivers. The place seems to be more geared towards drive through, there was a large queue of cars when I was there.

We ordered takeout and ordered a quarter pounder and a double quarter pounder, 2 fries, and drinks. We got home to find a single (terrible tasting) mc chicken, the fries and neither of the burgers. We would have handled this by calling the store and asking for a refund, but the phone number here doesn’t work. If the owner of this store sees this, I’d like a call and my money back for my missing sandwiches please…
FOUND A ROACH IN MY DRINK!!!!! This is so unacceptable. Also be seeing rats around this is soooo wrong!!!! Asked to speak to manager there was no manager at the site. I drank half the cup before noticing because it was a coke! DONT GO
