Came thru the drive thru middle of the night and the drive thru worker was really attentive

Everytime I come here I get disappointed, waited in drive thru line once there was only one car in front of me when I got to the window I payed and waited 15 minutes then they finally gave me my food but they couldn’t tell me that WHEN I payed it was gonna be a while ??then I go around 4 and they say they’re not serving breakfast at 4 am ?? The parking lot of this place is always disgusting and dirty it’s amazing they are still in business and the staff here is rude DONT recommend
