Refused to let costumers use the bathroom, due to the manager being there. from what a employee explained to me. I offered to even buy more food to use the bathroom. It was a emergency situation and the staff was horrible at being understanding.

I came in to place an order for coffee. I did that on my phone. While waiting, the employees thought there may be a gas leak but discovered a bottle of lighter fluid left by a customer. I was more than happy to remove the bottle, keep it. A staff member asked the manager to give me a FREE Big Mac. Also, I placed the coffee order to the wrong McDonald’s but they still hooked me up with a coffee!

My family and I went for dinner and when we finished the toilets were closed. I asked them for the key and they said the bathroom was not available. It was bad service.
