We were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a snack on Thanksgiving night abd they were open. Staff were friendly. Food was normal mcdonlds fair. Im glad it was close to our hotel. Its was full of national guard which was just ackward for everyone.

I have ordered on the app and went to pick it up. They said they don't have the order. I showed the app and they couldn't find it. I asked them to order it again using my phone they tried 10 times and they couldn't order. I have the screenshot of it saying order in progress. I called McDonald's and they said thank you for letting us know and have a great day. I guess it was the last McDonald's in my life. I don't expect too much for customer experience from McDonald's but still this is not acceptable.

Ordered and paid for food online in the amount of $22.19. I went to pick it up and the place was closed This was 8:00 pm on Sunday evening. The app said they were open and ready to serve dinner. Credit card was charged. They have my money I have no food.
