Went with my kid to grab the happy meal little mcdonalds toy. Ms Elena (not sure if I got the right name but I think she’s the manager) and another employee was quick to help us with it even though the store was so busy. It made me and my kid’s day. Thank you so much.🥹
It was lunch time (busy & crowded) when we went and it’s 90 degrees outside and the airconditioner isn’t working properly in this branch. I hope mcdonald’s will fix it not only for the customers but for the employees working as well. It was crowded and hot.

I’ll start with the good: it’s in a convenient location, large seating area, and plays good music at a level where you can actually hear the music (though some may think it’s a bit loud). Plenty of self order kiosks.
Now the negatives: poor service, dirty bathrooms, dirty floors, both drink fountains were broken - one was completely out of service and the other one could dispense drinks but they were room temperature and they had no ice. Not ideal in July. Our order was wrong - they brought out half the order and then said they’d bring out the other half and never did and then acted like they had no clue what we were talking about.

Racial Discrimination at this Store
I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald's and suspect discriminatory treatment. My order (#1638) was ready on the counter, but the staff ignored me for over 10 minutes, serving later orders while mine just sat there. No matter how many times I asked, I was either ignored or told they were busy. Eventually, another staff member stepped in and handed me my food in one second—proving it had been ready the entire time.
Later, my friend also faced a delay, waiting 15 minutes while a customer behind him got their food first. That customer even pointed out that my friend’s order had been ready for a long time.
This isn’t the first time. Whenever I visit around 8 PM, I experience delays and unnecessary corrections when asking for condiments. It feels like we are treated differently from other customers, which is extremely disappointing. McDonald's should address this issue to ensure fair treatment for everyone.
