I work in the area and come here everyday for lunch the staff that sees me is always nice I have NEVER had an incorrect order. The store is mostly clean people eat in here all the time, I haven’t used the bathroom so I can’t speak on that. People use one bad experience and try to define the whole store.

This store is an absolute disgrace, extremely dirty on the dining room floor and the men's bathroom was a complete mess..they are careless and mess up your order. Used the app and they did not have the order ready right away, the drinks were missing and the sauce for the nuggets as well. The women in the kitchen are chit chatting and screaming at each other and ignore customers even after repeatedly trying to get their attention. Asked for ketchup for 2 kids meals and gave me 4 packets. Place looks very unsanitary due to lack of upkeeping by staff. Nice newer location but even the parking lot is dirty.

1 star because the speaker is so bad that you cannot hear anything that the employee is saying when you’re trying to order. It’s so bad that if someone is hard of hearing this would rise to the level of an ADA violation (no exaggeration).
