Waited for 16 minutes and 6 other customers in after me for a cheeseburger. My order wasn't even on their screen after paying at the counter. After being the only person left staring at them intently, I requested a refund. If your customer service is that bad and your machine is that incompetent, I can't trust whatever food you are taking 16 minutes to prepare at McDonalds Next time, I would suggest engaging with your customers. Seriously, how do you lose an order off the screen?

There's a charge for takeout/and or dining in. That charge seems excessive, and a gouging tool used by shifty ownershjp...since McDonald's are independently owned/and operated.

Very unprofessional, I ordered a sweet tea with no ice, and received unsweetened tea, and the slighty aggressive way one of the workers placed my bag on the counter was out of nowhere, I just walked in the door to pick up and received that kind of service. I still said thank you. I didn't know my tea was unsweetened until I left and later on tasted it. Very poor service.
