UPDATED REVIEW: This place continues to disappoint. It says open 24 hrs on Google Maps, but when I came here at 3:20 AM it was closed (both interior & drive-thru). Change your hours!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: There is no point in using the app to order from this location. If you use it, you will wait for half an hour while they instead serve people who came in twenty minutes later than you and ordered using the kiosk.

I sat at the drive thru on hold. No one ever came back to take my order. I pulled to the window after a while and the big girl working at 400am on Weds, didnt say anything closed the window and walked away after seeing me there. She said something to the guy and then he finally told me the system was the down and they couldn't take any new orders. I wonder when they planned on telling me. Had I not drove up to the window, I would have still been waiting. Overall poor customer service, lack of problem solving skills, and ineffective communication is the only way I can describe this shift.

They won’t call the police on people begging at the drive thru. It can be scary
Almost every week something is missing from my order. If you try to call the number on the receipt the automated system says the number is no longer in service. It's pretty sad that they keep missing items when you are constantly a regular customer. Make sure you always check your bag to ensure you have everything especially if it's something extra you are paying for i.e. cheese on a chicken biscuit which is extra.

LADY IN THE FIRST WINDOW & SPEAKER HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE & SAID OH MY GOSH AS I ORDERED. Date is 12/10/2024. i came in at 8:30 & got my order at my second window & turns out she didn’t even add what i told her. Ridiculous service.

Why review a MickeyDs? Because the staff are AMAZING here—friendly and courteous. They really shined through COVID. I hope they get the treatment they deserve from the franchise.
Food— always order through the app and the food is fresh and hot. Cheeseburgers and fries and a Diet Coke. Keep it simple and real.
If you’re a soda nerd, BRIX levels are perfectly calibrated and your sodas are as intended.
It’s worth a trip up to this location.
Parking: Parking lot is city-sized (ie small). Same entrance for the DRIVE-THRU as parking lot.
