Every time I have ordered from this place, there’s something missing from my order. I’m going to assume that the people that work there cannot read. This may sound harsh, but it has to be true. They are very specific instructions. It’s not hard. I press a button and yet I’m always missing something from my order I understand that sometimes you’re out of things as I work in food service as well but whether it be apple pie, french fries nuggets, a sauce a drink there’s always something missing from my order. They need to have a retraining or they need to clean house with the employees that worked there because they are incapable of putting together a simple order.

I had there worst customer service experience at a McDonald's. Hernando or however you spell his name was completely rude to me. He made a mistake on my order and wouldn't fix the issue. He blamed it on me and walked away like nothing happened.

Listen—these folks deal with a lot—and they do it with grace. Mistakes happen — and when you call it out—they fix it. Just tonight, the fries weren’t hot (it was a cold snap) and asked them for hot fries at the window. They quickly resolved it — resolved it professionally and without needing to rant on TikTok about it.
If you have an issue, check your order before leaving. We’re all human so be kind.

I had a very disappointing experience at this specific location tonight. I faced it a few times earlier and today I am addressing my concern. I placed my order through the mobile app and confirmed it again at the drive-through kiosk. After waiting nearly 20 minutes with no update, an employee told me I would need to place my order again because she “didn’t receive it.” I explained that I had already paid and even showed her proof of the order, but she was dismissive and seemed irritated rather than helpful. After all that waiting, she finally handed me my food — which was cold — and never offered an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. The lack of communication, customer service, and basic courtesy made this visit incredibly frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, because this level of service is unacceptable. I wish I could post negative star for their review.

I liked it here. A decent place for what I needed.
Denied my breakfast order at the drive thru even though I placed it at 10:10am. Drive thru was busy and because I didn’t get to the window in time they cancelled it. Terrible service should be ashamed of themselves.

I've went to this McDonald's a ton. A. Literal. Ton. The friendliest staff ever will mess up your order regularly. Currently requires too many returned trips.

UPDATED REVIEW: This place continues to disappoint. It says open 24 hrs on Google Maps, but when I came here at 3:20 AM it was closed (both interior & drive-thru). Change your hours!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: There is no point in using the app to order from this location. If you use it, you will wait for half an hour while they instead serve people who came in twenty minutes later than you and ordered using the kiosk.
