This McDonald’s is really hit or miss depending on when you go. Some of the staff members are wonderful, but if you go at the wrong time of day, it can be hard to see anyone, as they may go several minutes without leaving the back.
They keep the upstairs closed all the time now. I asked them why, and they say it’s not busy enough to justify it. But you look around and it’s hard to ever find an open table at lunch time, especially when all the delivery drivers who hang out there take up the front three tables.
But they’re in a tough spot, being a downtown McDonald’s in a major city; considering the challenges that come with that, it’s usually very clean (the daytime lady who cleans the dining area is awesome).

I’m so disappointed about this branch depending on the attitude of the waitress who her name is Sandrin if she gave me her name correctly I arrived to this branch and I did my order by the machine then I waited for 15 mins When I’m proceed to receive my order suddenly she screaming to leave the place I tried with her many times to give us chance to finish our order and I told her why to accept our order if you can’t let eat here, she just repeat no no no

Worst experience I've ever had in a McDonald's. I placed an order of 2 caramel macchiato on the mobile App and when I got there they told me they didn't make caramel macchiato there . I tried to cancel my order but the App didn't let me to so I was charged for the coffe but never got them

I went to this McDonald's for lunch, it was the first time eating all day (3ish 4), got home and right around 9 pm my stomach did NOT accept what I ate! Nuggets, fries, double cheese. Took off work the next 2 days! Came to discreetly tell a manager about that, but guess what, hardly anybody deals with customers. They all are in the back. And don't answer phone calls. I can't give them a second chance.

My last two orders were both messed up. One was missing nuggets entirely and the other had a smaller size. Staff didn’t care.

Worst place ever workers don’t wanna work. They just wanna stand around and do nothing. I was told that I needed to use the kiosk and not to come to the Front counter, I told the gentleman I don’t like using it cause it’s always an issue and nobody helps. He said if it is, I’ll come an issue occurred press the Help button instead there for 30 minutes and then they close the kiosk. It always stinks in this place is always a bunch of homeless people. Nobody does anything. Nobody cleans anything.

Terrible service, you have to check the orders the moment they are delivered to you, they always come incomplete
