At the time of day that I was at Mickey D's there was kids everywhere and they were extremely loud, needless to say that I got up and left. Overall the store was clean. The floors were decent. Plenty of tables available and they also were clean.

Tried to use the self service kiosk and the coupon from the MD app on my phone, the kiosk system went down and didn't process the order, pushed the help button on kiosk, waited for awhile until the cleaning lady offered to help me but couldn't fix the issue so she asked me to get in line and place the order at front- at least 5 min passed before I got to the front and I explained the issue and situation with the kiosk then the lady at front say " sorry your coupon...
