No actual cashier she was just there in case of assistance for the screen and then when I did get my order it was a breakfast wrap and the thing was hatdband the egg on it was old. And don't get me started on the bathroom 😒 let's just say no tissue and toilet doesn't flush

The cashier lowered my price :) I thought it was very nice of her. It's a busy McDonald's, so there's inevitably a wait, but the staff always tries their best. There are kiosks to make ordering easier, and it's a pretty spacy location.

They don’t have a spicy Mcchicken, They forgot my drink and had to wait 30 mins for my drink to come. terrible service. Ruined my mcdonald’s experience! People were also fighting and it was just a bad atmosphere!! so crowded and short staffed!.

Food is always accurate and good. The only thing bad about service is you have to get the attention of an employee, which is often difficult, to get your mobile order. They don't call your order number, and a fellow customer informed me that I have to grab someone's attention and show them my order number. The other gripe I have really isn't the fault of McDonald's. 9 times out of 10 there are people sitting by the door asking for money, and once there was someone selling something (not drugs).

They do NOT handle mobile orders here well. I have never been yo this location and not have to ask a out my order. Several times I've watched them put my order on top of the french fry bin waiting for fries and forget about it. This last time I could see my order number and asked the manager was that ny order. She looked at it, turned it around and walked away.
