They still try to lie that they are open 24hrs, but they close their doors @10 pm and open at 6am.ONLY the drive through is open 24hrs AND they require you to be in a car, no bike, no scooter, or else they get mad (even when you order online) and refuse to give you the food without a refund

They need to hire people who speak English and can read so they can get the orders right. You, you order a bacon egg biscuit no cheese they give you just the egg bacon and cheese no bread, you order a McGriddle they giving you a McMuffin and it’s happening to often. They can’t read the menu correctly and it’s annoying. Hire some people who can READ AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!

so I live 2 mins away from this McDonalds so it’s my neighborhood McDonalds but I have had so many problems with this McDonalds one time I a free mc chicken from the app I get the food and go home I have not touched the food at all till I got home when I opened my mc chicken it was bit I walked back to the store only for them to laugh in my face and say I ate it why would I bite a free sandwich and bring it back ??? It was free !!! why would I complain about a free sandwich if I bit it I would have never came back but it was bit by one of the workers i know something was off before I got home because when I got the free sandwich they watched me order it of the kiosk the female manager she was a dark skin lady she asked for my receipt and threw it away since when they ask for the receipt then throw it away ?. So today 3/28/24 @ 9:50 -10:00 I get off of work to get some food because I was hungry the lady that was working there locked me out it was people who was ordering food on the kiosk I asked can I come in and order food she told me no and and forced people from leaving out the door I was at !!! then it was a random guy outside smoking a cigarette by the door she let him in the door after she told me no so I find that wrong I have photos of the people ordering food while I was outside!! this McDonald is so unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!! idc if it was 10 mins till closing if your letting people order still why can’t I I just wanted nuggets and fries ? I’ll be dropping pictures of the employee

Extremely rude security at this McDonald's who immediately accosted me when sitting down before having a chance to order. Demanded if I was to sit inside I needed to order food so loud everyone inside could hear. The security even went on to say I could sit inside for 30 minutes at my table after ordering. With how rudely I was spoken to and how aggressive the security guard spoke to me I left immediately. I do not recommend anyone eat at this McDonald's because of this is how their rent-a-cop treats customers I can only imagine how the rest of the service is here.
