Best McDonald’s food I’ve had in the city

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because there are a lot of nice people there but this review is for a specific incident that happened today. I asked my mother to get me a 10 piece but it was breakfast. We forgot that breakfast didn’t end until 10:30 and it was like 10 something. The lady started yelling at my mom and saying morena over and over again. My mom didn’t know what that meant but I know that means dark-skinned. Why did that lady yell dark-skinned at my mom? I don’t know but there is no reason for that.

The employees in this McDonald's were awesome. The food was hot and fresh. I felt really bad for the employees when, during my visit, they were verbally berated by other customers. Nobody deserves this... especially people who are just doing their job (and doing it well).

Food is just what you would expect from a fast food chain: okay taste and not too many healthy options! The cashiers were very nice, professional and helpful. Restrooms were quite dirty but usable.

Cool spot. I typically never have problems here. Some employees are trash but most of them are excellent lol good luck

This McDonald's has been here since i was 6 years old. I'm now 58.

It's JUST Mickey Ds... but the service was faster than usual today

McDonald's is a very friendly fast food restaurant that is consistent all over the country. They have good food that hits the spot every time we go. My favorite order is 2 breakfast burritos with 1 hot sauce, and a Large Coke Zero for me. They have friendly staff, clean restaurants and bathrooms. McDonald's has been around a long time, and it is still very good. Thank you, McDonald's. Coffee is very good too.

Service was very slow

The late night drive thru order taker was amazing she was very friendly.

The employees at this particular McDonald's have acted very professionally and courteously. They have been fast and accurate. I very seldom stop for food. I fell out of love with McDonald's food several years ago. However, I do stop for coffee, sweet tea or soda. The atmosphere is pleasant and I have witnessed the employees treating the patrons very respectfully. I do not go often, but when I visit my experience is pleasant.

For real the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… what is wrong with yall. Get it together… yall overcharged me plus didn’t even give me what I asked for and had the audacity to charge me $2 extra that yall pocketed and didn’t even put in the register…. My order is so simple how do you mess up PLAIN cheeseburgers it’s literally just bread, cheese, and the meat. Yall all need to be fired and have not only new employees and management but new ownership as I’m going through these reviews yall need to be shut down. $19 for one meal is crazy when I even did it on the app and it wasn’t even close to $19… it was $16. Get y’all’s lives together. Yall too old to be working at McDonalds anyways. Go get a different job where you don’t have to do much because it’s obvious yall not smart enough to be in a restaurant. A perfect job for yall would be the stop sign holder during construction. My door nob does a better job than any one of yall that work in there and own it. Just sad
