This mcdonald’s is genuinely the worst fast food place in the country. not only is this joint somehow crowded all the time, the employees are always rude and take forever to get your food out. the worst thing is that this place is absolutely disgusting. not only do the bathrooms normally have poop all over the floor, urinals, and trash cans, but sometimes when i go to the mcdonald’s, the entire place has a lingering smell of poop and vomit. do yourself a favor and go to the other mcdonald’s up the street, and corporate please shut this joint down

Today is 12/4/2025, I stopped @ this place and the cashier helped me order @ the KS#2 Order # 243 and ordered the buy a breakfast sandwich and get hash brown free in the awards app. My order was sausage egg and cheese McMuffin instead I got just sausage and cheese and the hash brown was soggy as well as the extra one I ordered and soaked with crease like it's been setting for a while. I have picture but I am not savvy enough to upload them. I want a refund ASAP

I mistakenly ordered to pick up inside, so they made come in through the drive thru because supposedly my food wasn't ready I go to my car and feed my baby all the food is cold and old and forgot my sauce

The bathroom is genuinely unusable there is one bathroom. The floor is covered is poop, no toilet paper, when you flush the toilet everything will splatter out. The urinal is constantly running and pee water is overflowing on the floors. Hope no one has to change their baby because there is poop all over that too.

This McDonald’s always closes early and have people walking up to the drive-through to pick up their orders because the staff doesn’t want to take the time to clean right before they clock out so they close the store an hour to two hours early but still accept mobile orders so that the manager doesn’t know that they actually close the store during business hours
The staff is super slow and untrained, and all the managers are lackluster, especially the tall, Hispanic manager with the black and blonde hair who purposely closes the store early at night
