Very Slow , Food be over cooked too many Junkies Begging and being rude

Over an hour for my order to be ready through the McDonald's app. How is this even possible?

The drive-thru in the mornings is terrible, they take over 10 minutes to even talk to you at the speaker and acknowledge that you’re even there, today I didn’t even order anything because I was already late to work and they never even took my order I was sitting there at the speaker waiting over 10 minutes. There’s also always homeless people right there asking if you can get them something. Another thing is they always give me plain coffee when I clearly ask for sugar in it

Don’t go here unless you’re really hungry, not enough staff, drug users all in the lobby and outside, food is usually soggy and takes long time to come,I give it to the cash register workers for their patience as for the cooks they need to do better
This. Mcdonald is near my house. There is always drama there. People outside hanging out they(as in mcdonalds or the city) cut. Down the trees and removed the flower beds But. They like to get my order wrong im diabetic and i order a plain iced coffee no sugar. And somehow. They seem to like to make it overly sweet they have done it twice so far and once they tried to give me sweet tea(tons of sugar) with milk in it as iced coffee but they do remake it when. I ask Just not happy with them today

Food is fine, what's to be expected. The staff seems to be working hard and aren't unpleasant. Clearly, they are a bit short-handed.
Don't pay at the counter. Use the kiosk, or you'll have to wait twice.... learning curve
