I know it's a convenience to fast food in the area, but each time it's worst food preparation and window service. Lack of understanding and the meal is not as it was ordered. To far to turn around and go back and deal with the MGMT inside because of the under 21yr olds gathering.

Ordered 2 Minecraft Meals with 2 extra 10 piece Mc Nuggets. I never got my two 10 piece Mcnuggets nor any sauces. Stole 15 usd from me smh.

Shrunken drink sizes at the highest size prices. The fries no longer taste like potatoes and the overall quality of the food for the price is just not how I prefer to eat or spend.

I’ve been to this McDonalds many times and every time I’ve been there I’m missing something from my order, when I go back to get the missing items I’m told they can’t give it to me even with a receipt. the customer service here absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a mocha frappe. I don't know if there was something wrong with the machine. However without any explanation I waited at the window for a full 5 minutes. When I finally got the frappe I took 2 straw draws and it was gone. The rest was nothing but ice. I couldn't even mix in the whip cream because it was nothing but ice. I have never complained before but this was just not right .
If only it was possible to give negative stars.... This crew of idiots will mess up a single order of 20pc nuggets and a big mac, nothing custom, twice, and charge me $27 for it while taking 25 minutes to do it. Drive thru was more like a parking lot. The inside is always trashed. They also don't do drink refills. Avoid this garbage dump.

This is a McDonald's that is always busy, so be patient when you go. If you go inside, please remember the geographic location of this location. There's no telling what you will see or hear. Police come fairly often, but not as much as before. As far as the people and food quality, it's as good as McDonald's gets! Staff is friendly, as long as you do not get out of line with them! They're constantly moving, quickly to fill the orders. The staff is very hard working, please respect them when you go in 😁
