I've tried NOT to do a review for this location but it's TOO MANY issues. For one I've come here and used my app. They claimed they didn't get it before. I get to the window, the cashier asked to see my phone. I later realized that she used 6000 of my points. I let that slide. It's ALWAYS people begging while pulling up I the drive through or once you're picking your food up at the window. Today, I specifically asked for 3 chicken nugget happy meals with extra fries in one and apple slices in the other, along with 3 #1 (Big Mac Meals). I had to ask for straws but once we arrived at our destination there was NO extra fries, they just put apple slices in ALL 3 happy meals and on top of that the apple slices were OLD. It seems they just given rotten apples and fruit to the kids. What made this worse and why I finally did a review was, they put tartar sauce on ALL of the big macs instead of big mac sauce. I'm too far and too annoyed to turn around. I just put some sweet and sour sauce on the big Mac to offset the taste. I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but it seems they are becoming more careless. I would not recommend this location unless you're starving. Otherwise drive out of the city to another location. This poor service, poor food and lack of attention to details is NOT worth it. I know Ronald McDonald is turning over in his grave.

Generally, Don't like this restaurant. The fries are box pinched and usually luke warm or even cold. I buy potato chips at the 711 next door these days. Often don't understand English. Can be rude. Go somewhere else. Good luck!

4 piece chicken strip??? Ughhhh… what is with fast food places giving you one fewer than you ordered? So frustrating when you have kids sharing food and you’re missing one. They said they will give me another one if I come back, but still so annoying. I can’t come back tonight.

I think it's time for McDonald's to change their french fries. I lived 2 minutes from McDonald's about time I get home my fries is icy cold. You can have two different kinds of fries . shoe string and crinkle cut

And will someone please tell the super loud cashier, there's no need to talk at the top of your lungs early in the morning. She's an older woman and should know better. Im sure she sounds like nails on a chalkboard to more than just me!

If you want homeless people asking for food as you go in and inside, this location is for you. Managers make no eye contact to address the issue. . No refills on drinks. They stand behind shield plexi glass.. Lol… corporate… are you reading this??

Very welcoming atmosphere, decent price for large sweat tea, VERY CLEAN STORE, and a warm atmosphere which is what America was supposed to be of, citizens coming to sit and eat amongst each other even if but for a moment to recognize who the citizens of America or visitors are.
