So long story short, i was given an explanation that my fries were unsalted because they were switching menus from dinner to breakfast and all i asked was to my fries to be salted… just to say the staff always trying to cut corners and lazy as it can be. The best part, when i told them that my fries were given to me unsalted, they just shoved salt bags in my food bag 🤷♂️

I had a terrible experience with this place. On midnight around 1 AM, the staff were unbelievably rude and aggressive. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of helping, they acted angry and talked in a harsh tone for no reason.
No customer should ever be treated like that. I will never come back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously improve their staff’s behavior.

McDonald’s – I’m a Repeat Offender! What can I say? I’m a repeat offender when it comes to McDonald’s. No matter how many other places I try, I keep coming back. The food is consistent, quick, and always hits the spot when I need something familiar. Whether it’s a classic Big Mac, hot fries, or a fresh cup of coffee in the morning, McDonald’s never disappoints. The service is usually fast, the staff friendly, and the convenience can’t be beat. One of the worst McDonalds out there, which is saying something. They take forever, are completely disorganized, the interior is filthy, they sometimes do pretty sketchy stuff with customers. It seems like food poisoning is also no stranger here. There are maybe 2-3 employees who are okay, and it sucks for them. Avoid this place.

Today I ordered through the app, I arrived to pick up my order my food was ready, only my iced coffee was missing one of the employees told me that they would give it to me in a moment, I waited 10 more minutes for a simple iced coffee, apart from the bad customer service they have, arrogant and they are always mad you can see that in their faces specifically Leticia, I work for customer service too and I would never treat a customer in such a way!! They need to improve on that.
