If I could give 0 stars I would. The language barrier and lack of communication on the managers end was highly upsetting. A simple misunderstanding turned into a 20 min wait for two simple separate orders when she could’ve just rectified the situation and made it easier. They don’t care about the customer as she was the only one that was right and stayed on the phone with the “supervisor” who wasn’t even there to help with the situation. Highly annoyed as any other McDonalds in the area is not like this whatsoever.

I came to get something to eat, but the worker didn’t understand English, and the manager refused to help me order from the self-service screen since I had never used it before. I was so upset that I decided to eat somewhere else.
I’ve tried to give this place a chance way too many times. But good lord…
From the constant bombardment of people asking me to pay for their meals (multiple people per visit), the crazy people who are shouting at the walls, air, and doors, to the teen crowds that sound like they’re ‘bout to start a riot any second from now, to the staff which (with the exception of one or two people) clearly have no desire to be there - this has got to be one of the worst locations I have ever visited.
I can’t think of any other McDonald’s that has any of these three issues that I mentioned which is why I won’t be returning to this location. …ever.

Stopped by several times for ice cream and coffee. Seems to be a hangout spot for kids so can be a little noisy. Otherwise, not bad. Food and service were good.
