The intercom doesn't work!..i ordered a sundae with extra caramel and paid for it and had to argue because they barely put any on it and said that was enough! My food was cold and my soda tastes like cleaning solution! And the drive thru smells like URINE! Just a hot stankin mess! It deserves a NEGATIVE zero!

Whenever we go here the food is always hot and fresh. The service is very good and takes no time. We have never received the wrong food and our order is never missing ANYTHING even sauce, dressing, etc. The drive through is very fast, almost never a line.

It was dirty tables and bathroom. There were people selling stolen goods at the dining tables. There was some woman smoking crack in the bathroom. Why is this McDonald's still in operation, I would never know.
It was good the Burger was decent it was nice I loved it.

The supervisor is Laura from that restaurant, she is a rude, disrespectful, and haughty person. I went to ask about an application one day and Mrs. Laura very rudely left me waiting for more than an hour and the only thing she says is (in the application) I I had already applied and I wanted information about what the next step was. If I was very busy, at least it was told that it was another day or at another time because I was very busy, but I listened to her, she was gossiping with other people while I was standing there in the real place. He seems to me to be a disrespectful and rude person, even with the public. He is a person who does not know customer service. I would think very carefully before having a staff like that and I went like 3 times and the previous times Mrs. Laura was never there. The truth is that I do not recommend either going as a client or asking for information as a client, it is something that is not worth it and it is a shame because this place is 3 blocks from my house, it is better to know that there are people like that ? with a lack of Professional Ethics

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs with the poor service and environment. Firstly, there are many people that loiter and hang out there, making it feel unsafe. Secondly, they will argue with you about not wanting to give sauces. I placed a mobile order to get in the drive-thru, assuming it will be easy. Not surprisingly, there was no greeting or manners from the drive-thru workers talking. After getting my food, I noticed that my sauces weren't there. I told them I was missing sauces and they just ignored me. The second time I tried explaining to them, they just kept repeating how I need to pay extra, regardless of what my order said. I just didn't appreciate the negative attitude I received. It does not make sense to ignore me and disregard what I have to say. There could have handled the situation in better ways, such as explaining that maybe it's a new policy, or just give the sauce.
