First, it’s McDonald’s so… order at the kiosks and really, it was only a few minutes before we got our order… it’s chaos but organized chaos. Order was right. Food was hot. Place was clean. More than I can say about our hometown McDs. If you need a quick lunch before your Whitehouse Experience appointment, I’d recommend it!

When you go get bfast at McDonald's at least you always know what you are getting ! Value for money can't be beat. I have paid 5 times what l pay for bfast at McDonald's at other diners, cafes, fancy restaurants only to have the food be sub par . I am still looking for a great bfast place , good value, good food and no frozen hash browns don't cut it!

Walked over a mile here because we desperately needed to use the restroom. Half an hour before closing, they had the restroom blocked off. We asked the people at the front if we could use the bathroom once we bought food and were denied.

This is a mixture of tourist, take out and business customers. A person was in the seating area and asking for a meal but was also picking up paper from the floor and putting it in trash or organizing those numbers that they use to dine i n..folks tend to not know where to wait and some think once they order at kiosk their food is the next available...

I used the table order sign and waited, but nobody brought my food. It defeats the purpose of table service. Poor service.
On top of that, the service was rude and dismissive — in the heart of a great country. McDonald’s represents the face of America, and this kind of attitude does not match that image.

Of you allow the stores to implement their own rules does not look good for the McDonald's corporation this store only let you use the bathroom if you buy food, that is not McDonald's policy I buy food all the time at any McDonald's coffee most of the time and breakfast. But this store is damaging the reputation.

WARNING TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!!!
They weren’t closed yet but wouldn’t allow a paying customer to use the bathroom before leaving because they wanted to clean early and kick everyone out. Rude and no English speaking employees there. It was a terrible experience for our visit to DC. They didn’t care that I had children with me that needed to use the bathroom. McDonalds is supposed to be a happy place for children but this one isn’t at all.
