Horrible experience. The Hispanic guy with red hair and lip piercings and more piercings was very rude. Kicked everyone out 30 minutes before closing and cussed me out. He should be fired immediately.

Poor customer service Gay manager with purple hair. Hispanic male refused to make my order. Even though I paid for it and had a receipt for pick up! He didn’t understand why the order didn’t go through and I was trying to tell him I paid for it and had proof. He still wouldn’t make my order. Kept saying I’ll get a refund but I just got a notification from McDonald’s saying my order is almost ready? So now I’m confused 🤔. Your manager confirmed address on receipt as well so he can’t lie and say he didn’t. The employee there even tried to help but couldn’t do anything due to him. Now I’m frustrated because I did not receive my order. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s and will be seeking further assistance to speak to corporate about this matter. Your manager knew better and customer service wise he should have honored my order. I had proof of it. All he had to do was tell his manager about it and I’m sure she would have been able to fix this problem. Instead I’m trying to get a refund for my order I never received and the app is stating I have to go back to that location for a refund? How does that even make sense at this point. I need someone to contact me about this situation. I don’t feel comfortable going back to this location after how I was treated. I’m a regular customer never gave them any issues but I still get bad customer service ?? McDonald’s isn’t as professional as you come off to be!

I don't know why they always forget to put something in the orders but the last straw was that I ordered breakfast and my sandwich was missing ham 😃🤣 so I only ate bread with egg. Uta they go overboard because they only have little boys working and they don't give importance to things.....

This is the only quarter pounder I’ve ever had that didn’t taste like a quarter pounder. It was falling apart and tasted weird. I got a flat Diet Coke with no ice in it. The atmosphere is nothing but countless loud beeps from unattended equipment.
