We heard so many good things about this restaurant. Unfortunately, the hours are severely limited. We decided to go to their Tuesday lunch service. As recommended, we arrived at 10:30am, but a line had already formed. We waited outside in 20 degree weather for 30 minutes until they finally opened. Luckily, we were seated right away. Upon sitting, we were informed that there was only one ramen option on the menu: a spicy pork ramen. I don’t eat pork and I was with my 11 year old daughter who cannot tolerate spicy foods. I asked my server if I could hold the spicy chili powder on my daughter’s order, but she had to get approval from the chef. The chef was kind enough to hold the chili powder but told me it was a one time accommodation. I didn’t dare ask to hold the pork in my dish! The presentation was mediocre, but it was a very large bowl of ramen. My 11 year old said her ramen was “just ok”. My son and I had the ramen as described on the menu, and it also was just ok. I thought it was too spicy, but spice levels are subjective. It totally lacked in flavor. I have visited six countries in Asia, so I have tried several variations of ramen. This ramen is unremarkable. In addition, the ridiculous hours of operations is a turn off. They are trying to create an air of exclusivity, but it lacks everything essential to being exclusive. The ramen was mediocre, the service was mediocre, and the ambiance was unremarkable. Offering one menu item for an entire lunch service is also a turn off. But if they were going to offer one menu item, why choose a super spicy ramen? Why not choose a ramen that can appeal to anyone? They have excluded anyone who does not want spicy and anyone who doesn’t eat meat or pork (specifically). I’m not sure these are sustainable business decisions. It was just ok but not worth the 30 minute wait in the cold. Finally, one bowl of ramen is $23 on Tuesday, but if you go on the few nights that they offer dinner service, the ramen is $21. Yet another bizarre business decision. Not worth it at all.

Definitely tasty! To be quite honest the wait on a Friday night was 3 hours (we arrived at 5:45pm), and I wouldn’t quite say it was worth it. They should get a bigger space or take online reservations so that folks don’t have to physically arrive to get in line. Love the vegan options though!

My girlfriend and I just got lunch here. It was delicious, but overpriced for what we got. There was only one item on the menu - and it was great - but when we asked for chili oil they didn’t have it, and the soup really could have used that. There was an hour wait, so make sure to come early and be prepared to wait, but it definitely wasn’t worth waiting an hour and spending $23 on a single bowl of soup. It was a fun experience, but I won’t be going again. The environment was very fun, but if you don’t like loud music, I wouldn’t recommend it either.

I got the Veg Classic Ramen and Mitsuya Cider. This restaurant has very limited hours and does not take reservations so it was kind of hard to get in. We had to get there 30min before they opened and wait in the cold to make sure we got a seat. I think this restaurant is a bit overhyped. The ramen was good but definitely not worth all the effort tit took to get it. I know a couple places I’d prefer to get a good bowl of vegetarian ramen over this place. I liked the Mitsuya Cider though.
mainly because they don’t take reservations and are only open 3 times a week. I liked that the food was reasonably priced though !

Dont even lose your time to go there. Today was my second attempt to go eat some ramen. First time a friend called me to go there we waited for 1.45min?!?!?! Food is delicious, no doubt, BUT THE BUSINESS MODEL TO WORK JUST 15.5 HOURS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK?!?!? NO RESERVATIONS, NO ONLINE ORDER?!?! NO THANKS!

Everyone is so nice here, our server was attentive as well as very sweet, and the hostess was super accommodating/seated us quickly. I think the owner was even there but I'm not sure, homie helped me figure out the right T shirt size for my body frame.
In regards to the food, it was excellent, the standout was the tantan, there was LAYERS to that broth omg it was so good (you're hit with an initial kick before the nuttiness from the sesame paste hits you, this is all backed by the smokiness coming from what I can only assume is the dashi) .
Next time I come I'm doubling up on the chasu and the ajitama (picture perfect soft boiled egg)

Suupose to be able to order online for pick up. Tried several days in a row starting at 545 the time stated on their site, but never able to. Can't eat in becasue of pet issues. Not allowed to call in or go to counter to order. I give up. Poor business model. Bad karma, hate to see it bite you back.
Noodles were perfect. Silky but firm texture.
Will be back to try the spicy tonkotsu!

I just do not get used to this tonkotsu ramen. The taste is not appealing to me and actually very strange to me.

The best ramen of my life!
I had to sign up and wait for about an hour, but it was absolutely worth it. While waiting, we grabbed a beer at one of the bars nearby, which made the time fly by.
We ordered the chicken karaage and the spice tonkotsu to share, and honestly, it was the best ramen in the world — the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and everything was beautifully balanced.
On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would come back a thousand times!

If you see people waiting in line, be sure to check in at the counter first.
Today I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, which uses their house-made chili paste. The chashu had a perfect balance of lean and fat—I really don’t like it when there’s too much fat. The broth, the heart of the bowl, had a rich, slightly sticky texture that made it absolutely perfect!
The ramen had great layers of flavor: the first sip gave me the pure tonkotsu taste, while the saltiness revealed itself more in the mid-to-lower notes.
Don’t miss the karaage either—the chicken was tender and juicy! Since it’s seasoned well, it tasted delicious even without dipping sauce.
Definitely a place I’ll revisit. I hope they come out with a limited-edition ramen someday!

The best ramen in the area IMO. Ordered tonkotsu ramen, shoyu ramen, and karaage. Everything tastes very good and is 100% authentic Japanese style.
Service might be slow as the place is very busy, but the staff are nice. Arrive 15 minutes before they open if you do not want to wait too long.
Will definitely recommend to others and will come back.
