I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The food is scrumptious and the service impeccable. Love the vibe of the place overall. This is one of my regular go to places!

Everything was perfect. The service, presentation, and most of all, the food were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our meal so much that we went back for lunch the next day. Highly recommend.

This nice restaurant is in the same building as the Eaton Hotel. I had dinner - happy hour is 3 - 6 pm. Wide selection of cocktails and drinks. I had the chicken sandwich - good. Very attentive and friendly service. Recommended!

The food was good, but the service sucked soooooo bad. I have three different servers, with each of them asking multiple times on whether or not I have been helped or if I was ready to place my order. I'm not one to give reviews, but I just had to do it this go round with this restaurant.

We had a small party at Michele's and the management was super responsive and helpful making it the PERFECT event. Then, at the last minute, a large good of us decided we wanted dinner and the staff made big adjustments to accommodate us, on a busy Friday night. Pablo was our server and he was excellent. The food was great too. This was a 1st but definitely not last visit to this welcoming and wonderful space.

Patrick is a great manager. There was a small dispute at the end of the night that he resolved well with grace and professionalism.
The steak frites were good, just wish the portions were a bit bigger in general.

Wow what a place. Loved the seating and the ambiance. Food was excellent and the host was very friendly and generous towards me, the tired traveler who didn’t know what they wanted to eat or drink 😂. I ordered the chicken sandwich with truffle fries with a ginger beer. The sandwich was awesome and the fries were delicious. Modest order but was served fresh and with care.

We enjoyed our food, though a lot of the plates seemed overpriced. $30 for 5 slices of cheese with a few crackers and a dollop of jam was disappointing, as was the $18 gin cocktail that tasted of grass and had a piece of arugula in it. The half shell oysters were delicious though, as was the half chicken with farro. Service was very underwhelming - we were not attended to regularly and had repeatedly call waiters over to place an order or ask for more water. Dishes were not served at the same time (up to 10 minutes apart), and drinks took 15+ minutes to be served. Overall, it was not the experience I had expected based on the reviews and recommendations I had seen from Michele's.

We were the only couple at 1pm. Menu was only brunch, not noted on website. One server very inattentive had to be flagged down ofor everything. I don't think he even checked us in with Open Table. Billed as 4.9 on Open table, 2 at best. Should note on making reservations that only brunch is available at this time of day.

This is a mixed review. Food is great. All entree choices were excellent. Salad was creative. Appetizer excellent. However— the staffing is short, and getting their attention was not always easiest. Additionally the restaurant is really a few tables within a hotel bar. So— although it's great bistro food choices ( delicious) - it's not a calm restaurant environment.
