I've come here a few times now, and always had a great experience. The "Frenchie" burger at their monday burger nights is insanely good. SO juicy. The fries are so light and crispy. As soon as you enter the doors, the manager, Marcus, is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great too - perfect amount of lighting. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations. :)Parking: $25 parking at Eaton valet

A recommendation from a hotel concierge took my husband and me to Michele's.WOW! What a treat. The menu isn't extensive, but every course we had was excellent. And even though we were there just before close, we weren't rushed and were encouraged to have a leisurely meal.And the prix fixe menu had great choices at a great value.Highly recommend!

I wanted to start off by saying it was a busy night for the restaurant and I believe we were one of 3 large parties. I can tell the managers had jumped into help. Service took a long time and meals were not brought out together. Our waiter mixed up the soups for salads and put one salad in as an appetizer. We believe he did not know the menu well. It took over an hour to get apps, another hour to get food. I ordered the steak frites and my steak was under seasoned, if it was seasoned at all. My friend said the same about her steak and my husband said the same about the pork tenderloin. The manager offered me another meal, but I didn't want to wait another hour. They did comp the meal. I really wanted to like the place as it was a recommendation, but we were disappointed. I would have been fine if food took longer because of how busy they were, but not with the food bland as well.

While visiting town for a week, we decided to try out this restaurant. Overall, the food was tasty and had good prices. We started with two appetizers: steak tartare and potato with black truffle flambée, both of which were really enjoyable. My wife Michele (funny enough, same name and spelled the same as the restaurant!) had the beef bourguignon, and I went for the steak frites. The steak was tender and cooked well, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. Our kids had burgers, which they really liked. The drinks we ordered were great, too. Plus, the service was on point – our server and their helpers were always there to fill up our water glasses and keep our table clean. So, if you're in town and looking for a place to eat, this restaurant is a solid choice. The food's good, the prices are fair, and the service is excellent.
When this restaurant first opened, the food was much better. Tonight, the barbecue carrots were tasteless in a brown soupy sauce. The salmon was a very small portion --appetizer size. My partner's meal was no better. Bread and spreads were bland and fried chicken sandwich was fine but nothing special. What happened to this place?

Good, and sometimes great food. Service was clunky at first. Actual server was great, but the manager/somm were awkward and kept bothering us. Once they realized we wanted to chill and relax, everything became ideal.

Almost everything we had at Michele's was disappointing, except for the shrimp cocktail which was decent.To start, they were out of five of the eight cocktails on their menu. One of the cocktails we ordered didn't come until after our appetizers arrived and the other one didn't come until our main course was served. The service was not great, we had to flag down our server multiple times throughout the evening to take our order and get the check. The drinks we had were nothing impressive. The espresso martini had strong alcohol fumes and weak flavor, and the Paloma was nothing special.We ordered mussels and they clearly had not been cleaned properly because they had so much grit that we were crunching on every other bite. We had to send them back to avoid chipping a tooth. The beef bourguignon was bland and had a layer of oil that had separated and settled on top of the mashed potatoes. The mushroom cavatappi was okay but the sauce was very watery and parts were extremely salty (and my partner personally prefers food on the saltier side but this was excessive). We ordered crab cakes and they were cold in the center! So those were sent back as well and we received new one, which were mushy. Only twice had my partner sent anything back, but twice in an evening is unheard of.This is a smaller aspect, but we were seated right by the kitchen in sort of an awkward spot. We were just watching servers roll silverware from behind and seeing busboys run food out and dirty plates in. Not the best ambiance, I wouldn't recommend sitting near the back area of the restaurant.Overall this was an extremely disappointing and underwhelming experience, for the prices you would hope that the food would at least be fully cooked and safe to consume. We will not be returning.
