Just wow! I ordered the zilzil, chickpeas, lentils, gomen, injera, and sambusa with mimis special sauce and I just don’t have the words for how incredible everything was. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly people, and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. As soon as you walk in, your nose will tell you that you have made the right choice!
I read the reviews and was excited to try this restaurant. I have long loved Ethiopian cuisine since I was first introduced here in DC.I ordered the tibs platter with gorem and fifit and the zilzil with chick peas and lentils along with an order of sambusa (1 of each variety).
