What a absolutely extraordinary experience. We were beaming the entire time. The service is like no other and the food was heavenly. It is definitely worth it and will give you a once in a lifetime experience.
Minibar and Barmini, back-to-back on consecutive nights, turned out to be a great decision. The cocktail program was impeccably calibrated across the board. One drink in particular was a genuine head-scratcher in the best sense, foregrounding raw garlic. It wasn't the most hedonically pleasing pour, but it was brilliantly conceived and memorable--an intellectual cocktail that still made sense in context. The rest were sheer pleasure, balanced to the millimeter.

What can I say about my experience at Minibar by Jose Andres? From beginning to end, it was an amazing experience. I took my wife there for Valentine’s Day. I had to book this reservation when they released their availability during the first week of January. There is a limited amount of seating for their tasting menu (which fills up quick).
