The restaurant was amazing. We made a reservation for happy hour right before a concert. The venue was right across the street so the restaurant was very busy making service a little slower than expected. The food was really good, everything tasted so fresh! Our server was really sweet and checked on us multiple times. I will definitely be back to try more things! I would recommend that the booking site tells you if your table will be upstairs or downstairs because the elevator is for ADA only. Other than that it was a fabulous experience!

Overall a great time. Food came quickly. I ordered the Salmon Tacos and a Veggie Fajita Bowl. I wish I was offered more sauce for my food because it was a little dry but again the food was still good.

5 stars for GF menu labelling and care in the kitchen. Food was a solid, but not stand-out Mexican. Could use more flavor and spice.

We hosted a company event at Mission and had a great experience. No fee to reserve the space, flexibility with the food we ordered and when we ordered it, and good communication from the Mission team. The churro bites were a big hit with our team. Would do it again!

I was very impressed with Aroon during my visit. The day was calm, but he kept everything under control with excellent professionalism. You could see his attention to detail and the organized way he managed the shift. His presence made the experience enjoyable and reliable, showing his commitment to both the team and the customers.

Great place to host an event or pregame before a Nats or DC United Game. Right across the road from Nats Park and a couple blocks from Audi Field. Highly recommend.

We booked Mission for a family style brunch for 20+ people and the experience was wonderful! They had an entire section for our group and had a great bottomless brunch option with such a lovely spread of the best Mexican dishes and some staple breakfast sides. It was the perfect set up for a large group and the birthday sign was a great touch! I would highly consider doing this again for a large group. The food was flavorful and we had such a variety for everyone in our group. The kitchen even made tacos separately for those in our party who were gluten free! Always a happy time at Mission!

First time here. Always wanted to try it. Beef barria tacos and chicken quesadilla. Both were dry and prob days old for the meat. Asked for hot sauce to choke it down and the waitress gave us an empty bottle of chiluah. Just wasn't what we expected- and we will not return.

We were at Mission to get a bite before a Nats game. I was kind of disappointed that they had mostly backless stools for outdoor seating because my elderly father can't sit without a back and I have back pain. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. We were disappointed that they didn't provide free chips and salsa. I guess you have to go to the suburbs for that. When I asked about it, the waiter said “we're too cheap”, which got a laugh out of us. The food was perry good, although one of my tacos was very dry and I had to ask for some salsa to get it down. The drinks were not great or bad but could have been better. My husband and I only got one each. We also were seated in an almost empty area so not exactly a fun vibe. Overall not a bad place but definitely underwhelming.

Hosts were so helpful with our group. Super loud restaurant but fun atmosphere. Food was good for the price.

Server was slow but I understand it was busy and game day so probably not fun for the server!

Mission is a Mexican restaurant. Good food, great atmosphere and an awesome server. Me and my son came to Mission to celebrate his birthday🥳🎊🎉🎈🍽️🍸 my son ordered the mission fajita. I ordered the double beef stack, tacos, and guacamole and chips so delicious. We ate outside on the balcony. It was a beautiful day a nice breeze, the server, Bianka was very helpful with selecting different options because I don't eat spicy food. It was also national tequila day. This is my son‘s favorite restaurant and we will definitely be back.
