Wonderful food. I had the vegan wrap and it was tasty, spinach packed with a nice dressing. I ate every bite. We also tried the unagi sushi and it was high quality, super delicious. Very nice people, good service. Would return.

This place has an incredible menu for food and coffee. The food is absolutely delicious, and the Ethiopian coffee beans make my latte perfect. The owners are so kind and warm. I will definitely come back.

Mita Cafe is super cute! This small cafe offers both Ethiopian and Japanese eats, in addition to breakfast, sandwiches, pastries, coffee, smoothies, and juices. While in the area, we decided to try them out, and ordered: +a Strawberry with Mango smoothie - prepared with mangoes, strawberries, and bananas, made with either your choice of apple or guava juice; we opted for the latter +an order of Spicy Lentil Samboosas - they also have spicy chicken as a filling, too; these are larger than the usual sized sambusas; super crispy, but I thought the filling was way too spicy! +a Tokyo Sushi set - this came with 4 pieces of salmon nigiri, a tuna nigiri, a red snapper nigiri, a roll of salmon maki, and a roll of tuna avocado maki; I really enjoyed the salmon nigiri, and most likely will opt for requesting these only; wasn't really a fan of the maki rolls, as one that contained 'baked salmon' tasked like it was from a tin I'd love to try their paninis next time and get more of their salmon nigiri. I'd also like to try their drinks. Service was very friendly and kind! There are only about 4 tables inside, so most seem to get their orders to go, or there's a queue to get one of the tables. Delicious sushi made fresh! It was so good and I had no idea they have been in business for 3 years! I ordered the small sushi platter and they were willing to customize the rolls for me. My new go to sushi spot when I am in the area. Looking forward to trying the Ethiopian food!
My husband and I had been eyeing this place for a year and were finally able to go! An amazing combo and definitely worth the wait. Had some delicious Ethiopian tea (first time and got one to go, it was so good!) and some of the best sushi I've had in the city (so fresh)! To top it off, the owners are super kind and welcoming.
