I’ve been going to Mixxed Dc at Adams Morgan ever since earlier this year in March 2024, what makes me come back is I love the music, the atmosphere and the hospitality the staff is amazing! Especially Josh the General Manager he always goes above and beyond for everyone that comes into Mixxed. I recommended my friends and colleagues to come here! If you’re looking for a fun and memorable place to be come to Mixxed in DC Adams Morgan!!!
The music was too loud to be enjoyable. I didn't see a single person dancing. The songs were misogynistic which seems odd for a lesbian and bisexual event for women. The owners chose this DJ so it does represent the business. Other than the music it could have been a fun event.

I got the Sriracha avocado toast to go—it was decent, but the bartender’s attitude was super off-putting. She looked like she might snap if I even glanced her way! The place wasn’t even busy, with only a few people in the dining area and at the bar. I get that people have off days, but no need to pass that energy onto me. Definitely not coming back; there are plenty of other spots in AdMo

This spot is like a hidden gem , we found it by accident and fell in Love . The Food amazing (chef’s Kiss) ,the vibe on point with 3 different levels to enjoy. The owner was so sweet and the server was very attentive. DJ was amazing played nothing but R& B hits while we visited . 10/10 recommend

Amazing Saturday brunch 12-5 PM. Fresh, delicious food - 10/10! Best chicken and waffles ever. Great egg and bacon sandwich. Excellent service. Tasty cocktails, except espresso martini needs work. Can't wait to return!

The spot is small but neat and comfortable. Drinks are great. The night that I visited there was a free comedy show and it was entertaining. Drinks are good, pretty strong, good price for the portion. Customer service is great, friendly helpful staff. I recommend visiting this place for a night out with your girls, like I did.

The sangria was well made. The shrimp & grits came out gorgeous & the seasoning on the shrimp was perfect. I love that this place is Black woman-owned. I'll be back for dinner. Brunch was a great introduction.

Great service, very friendly and patient. Had a couple cocktails, a smash burger, and a bunch of wings. My margarita was strong with good flavor, the smash burger was decent (a bit dry, but great sauce), but the wings were the stand out. Hard to pick which wing flavor I liked best, probably jerk. Only complaint is that there weren't really any spicy options. Prices are typical for this area, happy hour deals are solid though. Didn't try them, but the smoothies look great.

We stopped into the basement, Be You Social, which has a nice dive bar feel. Jenay, the bartender, was amazing. She made us feel super welcome. We had the smash burger, and it is one of the best I’ve had. Super crispy on the edges, with melty cheese, and a soft, toasty bun. Definitely worth dropping by!
