I go to Moe’s in North Carolina all the time and have been for decades…it’s my favorite go to place. But this location left me disappointed- the hot sauce is completely watered down, chips are undercooked, and all sauces in general seem to have water added making it flavorless…:(

I find my way here once a week. The food is always super fresh. Update 5/31/2025 I placed a doordash order for a homewrecker and a side of queso the queso opened up in the bag and my order was wrong every time I try to call they just hang up on me very disappointing and I'm out of $30

The staff was completely disrespectful, was definitely not “welcomed to Moe’s” upon entering. The three staff members working didn’t acknowledge us until we asked if we could place an order. Once orders were placed we were informed that they didn’t have soda and only had water available.
We ordered catering from this location. Taco bar for 12 people. We received 12 taco shells total and not enough beans to make more than 10. Two people in our group did not eat and there still wasn’t enough. I called immediately and got no call back. I submitted feedback via their emailed survey where I again requested a call and some partial reimbursement. No one has returned my messages.
