We went for dinner on a Sunday, and Momo was pretty quiet, some dine-ins and some take-outs. Decor was cute, loved the glass partitions which made the seatings cozier. I ordered the chicken first since the menu said it would take 30 minutes to cook (it didn't). The chicken wings were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We also ordered the veggie dumplings (very good), though the skin was a bit thicker than I was expecting, more Chinese style than Korean style. I ordered the spicy pork yakisoba which I found a little too oily (from the pork?), which was good. My husband ordered the veggie bibimbop which we thought was a little disappointing - rice was too al dente, and probably needed more traditional variety of veggies. less broccoli. Overall, I would go back for the chicken and try their spicy seafood noodle dish (Jjamppong).

My family and I just ate here and everyone really liked it! We tried dishes including the bibimbap and Korean BBQ both with the beef bulgogi, plus chicken yakisoba and the beef bulgogi tacos. Then we finished with the ice cream sundae as well as the fried ice cream, and split each five ways. The fried ice cream was the favorite.

Revised September 2025:
We are back home in Arizona and my kids are still talking about the bulgogi tacos!

All the staff was super helpful, especially the person who greeted us from behind the bar, and tag teamed as our server. She has a very genuine vibe and you could tell she cared that we had a great experience. Definitely recommended!

The food used to be so good but I don't know what happened lately the quality went down a lot as well as the size of the portions. The chicken breasts are now half the size of what they used to be and it has already happened 3 time I order for pick up 15 drumsticks and they give me only 10, then I go back, and in one of those times they only gave me 3 more, but it was too much of a hassle to go back again for 2 drumsticks.

Food is great, had Korean taco and it was awesome. Only thing was that I got bitten by mosquitoes wearing shorts in there...

That kitchen looks absolutely disgusting…i wouldnt ever eat here again. A hair in my food, staff that barely speaks English…aweful. Disgraceful.

The chicken teriyaki platter was so good the teriyaki sauce was amazing, the pickled vegetables included were good too, only thing was that the portions were small would’ve been better twice the portion size especially for dinner. The beef in the bulgogi platter my friend ordered was tender and flavorful. Besides the food, the service was great and welcoming but we got sat at a rather small table for my party of 3. Definitely try the place if you’re in the area.

Good service, fresh food, bright/clean place. But the flavors (food and drink) were just ok. Not bad, but not great.

They will not sit single women. I came in to order they completely ignored me and sat the family behind me in line.

Our only issue was that there were six of us and we noticed on the bill that they automatically added gratuity without letting us know. Good thing we noticed this! Food was delicious and served fairly promptly. Nice service but we had a longer wait for drinks than I anticipated so I think they might have forgotten our drink order. Fairly loud but fun ambiance. Best Korean fried chicken ever!

Good was very good, not expensive and we went during happy hour time and got some of the drink and food specials.

This was my second time at Momo. The menu is Korean fried chicken and assorted North Asian dishes such as bimibap, a shellfish ramen, yakisoba and a few others. The food is quite good and moderately priced. The manager served us which suggests that it, like many restaurants, is a bit short on help, but the food did arrive promptly. It is within easy walking distance of Arena Stage and is quite moderately priced. We will go back

Bulgogi Bibimbap (stone pot) and seafood jjamppong ramen
The quality is good enough to be considered a Korean restaurant.
It's truly the best Korean food I've had abroad.
Jjamppong is an instant noodle, but the seafood is also fresh and spicy.
All staff are friendly
5 minutes walk from Hyatt Place. Highly recommended!

The chicken is so crispy and juicy! I haven’t had meat in 6 years and this was my first time eating chicken again and it was WORTH IT!

BEST Korean FRIED CHICKEN! My friends and I were visiting from out of town and we wanted a decently priced place near the Wharf- this met everything! It was only a 10 min walk from the Wharf

The chicken came out super hot, it was very clean and our server + the manager were super great!

We would definitely visit our next time in DC!
