I had a great experience here. It was extremely busy when I came in for my reservation so I was skeptical based off of the reviews but I had my drink within 5 minutes. My bartender Ryan was super helpful and made me a great cocktail based off of what I told him I liked.
The food was incredible, serving sizes are larger than I thought they would be, one roll and another app is perfect for one person. The Wall Street roll is fantastic if you like truffle.

It's just so overpriced. The cheapest cocktail starts at $28 which is crazy even for DC, and they really were nothing special. Small bites were fine but relatively standard izakaya fair. I guess you must be paying for the view but in the winter, in the dark, it's really nothing special. Definitely wouldn't go back.

A gorgeous evening view of the Potomac & Alexandria didn’t mask the fat that cocktails were $30 each. While they were delicious and the service was outstanding, you are paying for atmosphere & vibes rather than a truly unique menu offering. Would love to go back for their tea service in the Spring, but likely won’t do cocktails again.

The Moonraker's hosting of the Holiday Boat Parade was magnificent! This was our first Boat Parade, and the set up at the Moonraker will likely make this an annual holiday tradition. At first, the appetizers were a bit scant (... the circulation and selection of food increased during the parade)but the warm beverages were in ready supply, as were warm seating options and our door heaters. Everyone was able to get a great view of the parade, and staff walked around with blankets to ensure everyone was comfortable. I hate the cold but this was fantastic! We will be back next year!
I paid over $300 to attend the Holiday Boat Parade viewing party - it will be our LAST time! The party started at 5 however, staff were not ready to receive guest at all. They were still preparing beverages and food. Ticket included boozy holiday beverages with passed snacks that only includes truffle chips and some sort of warm cheese ball. After MANY guest complained, the quality and variety of food improved included dumplings, shrimp tempura and spring rolls. Additionally, after complaining, the amount of beverage poured increased from 1/4 cup to 3/4 cup. The service was NOT Pendry standard. Huge disappointment for the price! The manager on duty was not helpful!
Came here after I proposed to my lady and they hooked it up with some champagne. Thank you, Steve!
Otherwise, the food/drinks were great - you can't go wrong with spicy tuna sushi, fried chicken and bao buns. It was expensive, but it was yummy and the view was amazing. We took some pics outside after lunch.
We may come back in the summer so we can sit outside!

Food was delicious, but service felt very rushed. All entrées came out at the same time and I had to ask for them to slow down. Love the space love thr vibe. Just wish the meal was a little more spaced out.

While this is a beautiful location, the menu was disappointing. The quality wasn't worth the price.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambience is great! The food is good. Its mainly small bites . It was our second visit to this bar. I would visit again. The cost of drinks are too high
I had an amazing experience. I had reservations for a table, but decided to sit at the bar instead. Great food, great service and an appropriately diverse atmosphere. The crab fried rice was delicious and I added chicken at the bartenders suggestion. It was perfect!
First time and definitely not my last time, food was delicious, value was beautiful and service was spot on. Thank you for an amazing night!
