The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us regularly and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The appetizers were good (chicken wings and mozzarella sticks) but the entrees were just ok. A nearby table warned us that the steak and schnitzel weren't the best so we ordered the blackened fish sandwich and tacos which seemed to be cooked correctly but lacked seasoning. The cheesecake was good though it didn't have a graham cracker crust, which...
What’s not to like - a lovely neighborhood tavern where one spicy pineapple margarita always becomes two with great vegetarian options and absolutely delightful service on the floor and behind the bar.
We were absolutely thrilled to work with Jess at Moreland’s Tavern for our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks. Jess was fantastic from start to finish, helping us create the perfect event and menu while staying within our budget. The upstairs of the restaurant was set up beautifully for our party, complete with a photo slideshow of us playing on the TVs, which added a nice personal touch.
