Great steaks, service, and highly recommend lobster mac and cheese! The manager, Tia, was lovely and took great care of us.

Food was amazing, service was even better. I came here with my boyfriend on valentine’s day and they couldn’t have done a better job. Will definitely return.

We came to Morton's for valentine's day. We made reservations months in advance and it was well worth it. A great atmosphere, amazing food and awesome service.

We went for Restaurant Week and there were plenty o f choices for the value. We will definitely go back when we have another celebration (it was husband 's birthday). Prices are typical of any nice, quality restaurant. Servers were attentive and so nice. My only con is that the dress code should be enforced. I saw 2 or 3 people in sweatpants or other regular street clothing. Some people just don't know how to dress for different experiences, I guess. But other than that, I rate it a 9.9/10
I must say that I am truly disappointed in my experience here because I had such high expectations. My friends and I decided to dine in here before taking in a show. The situation started out really great because our cocktails were amazing and three of us decided to do the restaurant week menu and one person ordered off of the regular menu. The restaurant week menu consisted of four courses, an appetizer a main entrée a side and a dessert as I stated, we did get our cocktails and our appetizer, but after sitting for over an hour we noticed that our main entrées had not come out. We were notified by the management that there was a big party and our first server was moved to that party after about five more minutes we were then notified that our ticket had not been put in which I'm confused because how did we get our appetizers but after waiting over an hour we had to leave because our show was about to start and we did not want to miss it so they boxed up the main course and the appetizers. We did not get our desserts and we had to eat our food in the Uber ride back to the theater for our show. I will say although it was now carry out my steak and sour cream mashed potatoes were still delicious. I just wish it would've been hot on a plate. The restaurant did comp our bill, but it's not about the money because I really wanted to enjoy my food sitting down at a table and not in a car rushing to a performance.
I went for Bubbles & Bites, as well as restaurant week! I treated myself!! My server Gabriella made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. Very attentive, even during a busy happy hour. Janiece the hostess was very accommodating as well! She took my coat, purse, and left overs for me so that I could use the restroom without any baggage. She even helped me into my coat once all was done! I truly appreciate being catered to! Thank you!
A bit tricky to find the place (as it is in the building and with no clear signage) but the vibe was great and their restaurant week deal was really good!
If you are going for the bubbles & bites veuve clicoquot meal don’t bother, go somewhere else. They must have ran out of the cute boxes advertised because it came in black containers and we were not warned prior to. Maybe if we were warned we could have considered other menu options. We were greeted in a very rushed manner when we arrived as if we weren’t welcome. We were told we could sit in the corner, which smelled like smoke which is not ideal for people who don’t smoke and have asthma and prefer not to be around it. We were told the bar was fully booked and that was the only spot, meanwhile as the night continued the bar tables surrounding us continued to be vacant. The servers in the bar were amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu but the burger was dry and the advertised special did not exist causing the experience to be disappointing. There are many other places to dine at this price point in DC with better accommodations.

We had a truly terrible experience there on January 10. We went to enjoy the bubbles and bites promotion. It took an hour for us to get our food. When it finally arrived, the fries were cold. So, they took it back and we waited another 15–20 minutes. When it came back, the fries were warmer, but super hard. Kind of like those potato sticks you get in the canisters at the grocery store. What’s worse is that they didn’t seem to notice how long we were waiting until we had been waiting 40 minutes. We finally got an apology from the manager after we’d been there well over an hour and finally had our food. I was awfully surprised that we were charged full price for the food we waited over an hour to get. I was excited to go there and saw many things on the menu I thought I’d like to try sometime after work. But after that experience, I don’t think I want to go back.

I came for the bubbles and bites and it was promoted very well but was lack luster in its presentation and just came in underwhelming the fries were not the same as advertised.
Staff were amazing, food was very good. Parking was a challenge but it is DC and we went during rush hour so that is to be expected.
What started out shaky, was resolved marvelously with the attention of Anne Marie and maitre'd. Funny story, the same thing happened over 20yrs ago where we stormed away. This time, Thankfully the situation was fixed, and it was well worth it!
Mortons' is a legit steakhouse legend w the best everything. Our cocktails, appetizers, salad, steaks, wine, and dessert, were all perfection. Added w their exemplary service follow up, we had the best time. It is THE place for good quality rich food done well. The amuse bouche was a great touch.
Thank you for a fantastic time!

The service and atmosphere were excellent, and the lemon drops were delicious. The filet mignon and lobster mac and cheese were just okay.

I went to Morton’s for the advertised Bubbles & Bites special, which included burger or chicken sliders, truffle fries, and a choice of champagne or vodka. Unfortunately, the experience was very underwhelming.
We were almost seated at a dirty table with a substance that resembled ashes. Once seated, the service was extremely slow — it took nearly 25 minutes for our server to come to the table, and each return visit took another 15 minutes.
The bar area smelled strongly of cigar smoke, and the odor was unpleasant and overwhelming. They opened a door which made the area freezing. When we asked if the door could be closed, we were told it couldn’t be due to CO₂ levels. They eventually closed it slightly, but it was still left partially open.
The drinks were good — I had the lavender cosmo, which I enjoyed. However, the Bubbles & Bites meal itself was disappointing, especially since they had run out of the advertised boxing for the meal presentation. Our food also took about 40 minutes to arrive.
The restrooms were not clean and had old, stained countertops, which added to the overall negative impression.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and felt underwhelming for a restaurant of this caliber.
