Amazing steaks, cooked exactly as we wanted. We were not served bread and butter. Drinks were perfect and everything else was very nice. Quiet restaurant, with a nice outside balcony. There were patrons smoking cigars but this didn't bother us.

We arrived about 40 minutes before our reservation, checked in, and fortunately we were seated. Our waiter was friendly, food delicious, and the room warm and cozy. It was a nice Father's Day dinner.

Nice restaurant, pleasant, simple and plush decor, super-friendly staff. Service was attentive and personal (we were celebrating our wedding anniversary so a couple of conversations were longer than expected). The food? Cocktails were very good. Slow to come, the staff outnumbered the customers! Chopped salad was delicious, the shrimp cocktail was okay, the shrimp weren't crisp and crunchy. A bit mushy. The sirloin was cooked perfectly for my wife, my filet and lobster tail plate was good. The filet was cooked perfectly, the Béarnaise was heaven. The tail? Lacked flavor, really. I prefer steamed lobster, the tail was slightly overdone, a little dry. I ordered a glass of wine with my meal, it arrived when I was halfway done with my meal. The truffle fries were so over salted, we should have returned them. We were celebrating a personal and special occasion, didn't want to ruin the vibe. Desserts, crème brûlée and espresso pot de crème were really good. The wine and fries were the only glitches, but for a dinner for 2 for $340.00, there should be none! One last thing, expensive dinner, our anniversary, and we are “pitched” for a rewards program? Very tacky.

The cigar deck is a perfect place for a summer evening meal. The deck is comfortable and gives a birds eye view of the street and action below. Our server was excellent, but he could've done with a bit of help as the deck was crowded and he seemed to be working alone most of the time hats off to him for keeping up.

Our waiter was great! King crab mashed potatoes were WOW! It was a little chilly in there.

The food was great! However, the service was terrible! While our server was doing the best she could under the circumstances, she had literally no support. We were a table of 6 people and dinner took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Drinks, food, and dish pick-up were all very slow! We complained to the management and that didn't help! The manager stated that they had a large party and it took all the busboy staff and slowed everyone down. As an avid foody, when these situations arise, it's customary to offer a round of drinks, dessert, or some of type of compensation. We received nothing! I expect more from a restaurant of that caliber!

The service was great, but the food just wasn't good. The steaks were kind of overcooked, and tough. The sides weren't anything special.

Very professional service and very prompt. Our server Jeff was very good and professional, courteous. Jeff was the ultimate professional.

Fantastic experience all around. Service was tremendous, food was awesome, and the atmosphere was great. Not inexpensive, but you certainly get what you pay for. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - paid full attention to every detail. Very aware of allergies - Tuesday night had steak at Mayflower Hotel - Cost at Morton's roughly identical but quality and service way better

My family and I enjoyed our Easter dinner, The food was definitely nothing short of amazing! The customer service is top notch and its fit for children my 7 year old loved her steak! The only wish I have is for the old Lobster mac and cheese to return. We had it when Morton's was in Richmond VA, it was delicious but now its changed and that's the only thing I don't like. We will definately take the ride again:) two thumbs up and a snap and a circle

I've wanted to eat at Morton's Steakhouse, but it's too expensive. I dined there on Easter Sunday due to a Special Easter Dinner. The food was okay ~ not as good as I expected. Thete was no side dish included with the entree. The service, however, was outstanding. My Server ~ Jerry ~ was top notch, absolutely the best. I reported his excellent service to the Manager. I feel that the menu is very overpriced ~ maybe due to the name and location. I've had a better meal at Outback Steakhouse.

I went to Morton's downtown and I truly loved the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and polite. The service was phenomenal due to the waiters attentiveness but the meal was not really up to par. My date's salmon was undercooked and she asked for it to be cooked a little longer. It was returned burned and the also recooked the vegetables as well, which made them hard & overcooked. My lobster bisque & mashed potatoes were lukewarm. My lemon drops were phenomenal. My steak was ordered medium well but came out almost well done. It was still delicious but not what was ordered. All in all the service was amazing but the food was subpar for the prices that they are charging for it.
