I wanna say so much about this place and it comes from a good place because it’s room for improvement. Lets start with the customer service, the workers act like you forced them to work and if am being honest I ain’t ask you to work somewhere you hate . They get me started on what they be wearing because I didn’t know if they at home or work but we going leave that alone . The food was mid and the customer service don’t make it no better . This is one of the most known crab spots in dc and I expected so much better . Mr MORUSS OR owner . Please get those girl to get the customer service in order because when I come in and ask “ Hey how are you “ I believe the most decent thing to do is respond she said “ what you wanna order “ that was did it for me

Been here several times this month for their calamari because a friend recommended it. First off, it's false advertisement. You don't get Calamari & Fries as stated on the board, you have to pay 3.50 extra. The amount of calamari you get is a slap in the face, very small portion (8-10 pieces if that for $9). But it taste so good, that's the only reason I kept ordering. The service is trash. All of the ladies who work the counter attitudes STINK and don't have great customer service. BUT thank God for maturity, they're not worth a charge, rather reviews. I even brought a friend in to try their food and they were rude to them also. That's why they get 3 stars from me

These people send text messages about food I didn’t order never heard of them or visited them. I think it fraud hopefully no one will attempt to remove money from my account because I never received any seafood from this company. Who ever keep sending me text messages about pick up I demand you to STOP.

I called in my order, received a text that my order was ready, and when I arrived it wasn’t ready for the next 25 minutes. Staff is real “short” with patrons as well. Whether you order in person or over the phone, it’s not a simple order.

I had the flounder with Mac n cheese and yams smh the worst ever!!!!Fish dried out with barely any meat on them ,the Mac n cheese was horrible and the yams tasted liked cheap canned yams STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
